The host was great and the room was relatively clean. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn't work well. We had to leave the door open to let the cold air from the living room cool the bedroom. Otherwise, it was walking distance to the Wailea mall and easy drive to the local restaurants in Kihei

We had an excellent stay in this unit and we would definitely return. The location is very convenient to shops/coffee/beaches and the view from the kitchen/lanai is incredible. The beds are comfortable and the place has everything you need. We are a party of 2 adults and 3 young kids and appreciated the extra space, quiet, and pool access. Check in/out was easy too.

We had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous views from our balcony, lots of necessities in the kitchen, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We frequented the Island Gourmet daily for items to bring for lunches when we'd visit various beaches. The beach chairs worked out well! There was an issue with some ants and a cat urine smell. They did bring some items to resolve. They only have 4 beach towels so pack extras if you have more than 4 people staying at the condo.

My family of 4 had a great time staying in this condo. We have two kids ages 2 and 4 and it was a great size. Loved: the big comfy couch great for lounging, the lanai for watching sunsets, the bath for kids. We made use of the beach chairs, large umbrella, and beach towels. Management was very responsive when a drawer broke in one of the dressers, and replaced some old kitchen gear right away. Would stay here again!

The condo was very nice and it had a decent size lanai that had an ocean view which was lovely. The only reason I'm giving this a 3 star was that it had an old cigarette smell to it. Like, really pervasive. We opened all the doors and windows to air it out, but it persisted so I contacted the management company who got back to me right away. They sent housekeeping the next day. Housekeeping put out some odor control rocks and an odor eliminator that smelled like lemon on the kitchen counter and between that and leaving all the doors and windows opened it really helped. However, after about 36 hours I started to have a reaction to the odor control devices. The condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants and the pool is walking distance also. This would have been a perfect condo had it not been for the smell, however, this might not bother a lot of people but my husband and I don't smoke so it did bother us. I would definitely book through this management co. again.

Comfortable, roomy condo. Might want to check condiments there before shopping (there were a lot) Close enough to the beaches to walk, but driving and parking at the beaches was easier. Incredible views from the lanai. Close to shopping and Monkeypod (you must go there and have a Mai Tai) Very quiet and not crowded area while still being close to everything. Could use more shady areas at the pool and shade at the grills - but it wasn't really an issue. Great price.

Our family of four (two teenagers) had a wonderful stay on Maui for the last week in August! The condo was clean and exactly as expected from photos and description. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great cozy couch for end of the day movies. The view was incredible! Watching the boats head out to Molokini crater in the morning and the sun setting in the evening from the lanai was perfect. Lots of food options within walking distance. Be sure to check all closets! We were on day 3 of heading to the beach day before we realized how well stocked the condo was with beach chairs and umbrella! We had some confusion finding the condo when our GPS took us to another building, but a quick text to the host got us a fast response

This is a cozy rental property at Ekolu Village. The condo was very clean, and had all of the amenities needed. There are 2 nice sized bedrooms, and my teen daughters were able to have double/full-sized beds in the second bedroom. The view from the balcony was awesome! We sat out at the table for most meals and morning coffee. The air conditioners worked great throughout. It was a little warm in the second bedroom because the A/C unit was situated on the lower half of the wall and blew into the side of the bed. However, there was still cool air and the ceiling fan helped to keep it cool. The main living area and master bedroom were very cool when we wanted it to be for sleeping. The property is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and outdoor entertainment. While you could take a lengthy walk to the beach, it was just as easy to drive the 3 minutes and park at Wailea or Ulua beaches. (Ulua Beach was excellent for snorkeling). Toby and the team were great property managers, and we 100% stay here again, and would happily recommend to others.

Very nice location overlooking the golf course with a commanding view down the hill to the ocean which is less than 15 min walking. Unit is quiet location on 2nd floor with a large lanai that's great for taking in the westward facing ocean views and sunsets. Also conveniently located to Shops at Wailea and only a couple of minutes walk to a small shopping center that features a great coffee stop and a restaurant with excellent breakfast and lunch. Loads of excellent beaches are a short drive and you can be in Kehei in less than 10 min by car with access to some restaurants and lots of food trucks. We stayed for a month and management was very responsive, all in all a great unit in a fantastic location for views and convenient access to shopping and beaches.

The place was just like pictures shows. In a nice and clean community. Very peaceful. The bedrooms were good size. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. It was nice to have Beach towels, chairs and a cooler for my family to use. The only thing I did not like, was that the king size mattress was not comfortable at all. It made a lot of cracking noise, like it was and old mattress that needed to be replaced. After a long day of exploring the island, I would've loved to have restful night. It actually flared up my husbands sciatica pain. Other than this, all was just great. The host sent clear emails with instructions on how to check in and things to do when checking out. I would recommend this place.

We had a really great stay! The condo is clean, in a great location, and worked great for our family of 5. We could walk to coffee, restaurants and the shops, and it was beautiful to walk in the morning. It is a little far from beach, but we drove to different beaches everyday anyway. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. They also provided beach towels, chairs, a little cooler, etc. The pool is right up the hill and not busy at all. The beach is a little bit of a walk. Especially when carrying all your gear. We chose to drive to Makena instead. There are restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Would stay here again!

Everything was top notch. When a bed collapsed the maintenance crew fixed it immediately. The condo was well equipped and had all the beach equipment required. Only cons were. No coffee sampler to start you off and the guy downstairs obviously had a nice surround sound system and he liked to crank it up too loud. Most nights he would call it quits by 9pm so I didn't file a complaint.

We have been coming to the islands for almost 40 years. We have visited 5 of the islands. We have stayed in Condos and Hotels. Condos are the best idea. This is the best location in the islands that we have stayed at several times. In our opinion this condo earned a 4, not the worst we've stayed in, but following are our pluses and minuses. For some it's OK, but we won't return. Pluses: 3 beach chairs, umbrella, 4 beach towels, unit clean, well painted and maintained, good location, nice pools, cell chargers by the beds. Negatives - no deck awnings, minimal glasses and plates for 5 (washed dishes every night), dead bugs inside the peak over the front entrance area, need more hooks by showers for towels in second bathroom, slippery footing in master bedroom shower, main carpet by table stained.

You walk in the door and are greeted by an expansive view of the ocean with Molokini in the background. This home was well laid out and well furnished, and the location was fantastic. Overlooking one of the fairways of a golf course and with the ocean in the distance, you feel surrounded by nature. The grounds are nicely landscaped. The Wailea shopping mall is walking distance away - but unless you go there you are not aware of it. The kitchen is adequately stocked in terms of dishes, utensils and cookware

This property was a wonderful place to stay in Wailea. It is close (walking distance) to restaurants, shopping, and a gourmet market that sells groceries and has a deli that serves B,L, &D in addition to doing catering orders family style.

This is the best condo we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect being walking distance to shops, coffee, beach and a little grocery store. The condo itself is very nice. The deck overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. They have really thought of everything including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and mini cooler. After reading all the previous reviews we booked without hesitation. Communication with the manager was easy and he got back to me very quickly. We would love to book this place again!

Wailea Ekolu 310 is spacious and comfortable, and the location can?t be beat! The panoramic view from the lanai is incredible, too, and is perfectly positioned for watching the sunset. The fact that Kevin is such a thoughtful host is the icing on the cake. I liked this place so much I booked it twice :)

It was so nice to arrive and see the place so accurately described in pictures and the description. Very clean and comfortable. Great views and a nice quiet area. Super convenient to wailea shops and beaches. Look forward to being back again.

Great view of the ocean from a little further off the course. No obstruction since you?re looking over a golf course. Really clean, basic kitchen appliances, and some beach gear like a couple chairs, a boogie board, and a cooler. Had a great time!

We had a great time at Ekolu 310. It?s very well situated and walkable to several beaches, restaurants and shopping. The balcony offers unobstructed, amazing views of the ocean. There is no better perch for whale watching or taking in sunrise/sunset than the condo?s lanai.

I can honestly say this Airbnb experience was phenomenal. The views from this apartment are to die for. The pictures dont make any justice to the place. The unit is fully equipped with "everything you need and more". Did I forget to say that the views are fantastic!!!!
On the other hand Todd "Kevin's assistant" was outstanding!!! He was easy to reach out to, warmed, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were not only happy with our stay but with the whole Hawaii experience!!

Great views, from the lanai you can see the Molokini crater and a big wide open view of the ocean. The location is convenient to access the main highway to kahului (costco, walmart, target) and kihei (grocery stores). easy striking distance to the fancy mall in wailea as well as Makena "big beach". The interior layout is perfect for 2 couples since it has mirror image master suites. The interior has certainly been updated since the original construction date and we appreciated the nice stacked washer/dryer

Pool was nearby and it was easy to walk to beach and shops. We enjoyed the lanai and convenience of three bathrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to borrow if you have kids. Thank you!

Freshly shampooed carpet. New bed sheets and towels. Excellent beach chairs. Gorgeous views, beautiful sunsets. Comfortable bed. Very nice pool. We had an awesome time. We would stay again. My only suggestions would be to change the air filters on the ac. Other than that beautiful place.

Our family enjoyed staying here! We would stay again! Great location and layout. Upstairs gives you room for family activities and great outdoor views. The bedrooms downstairs and very nice and roomy.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you would like to be close to some of the best beaches but within reasonable driving distance of all the activities on the island. Great amenities including beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys that we were not expecting. We cooked in this space multiple times and had all the essentials we needed.
The host was incredibly prompt with responses and very helpful leading up to our stay.

Loved the size of the condo with the living area above and bedrooms below it gave us all lots of space. All beach needs were available with a cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella ready to be used. We will come again and stay!!

Nice property. Pool is 5 mins away and clean. Very quiet.
Lots of towels, comfortable. Can walk to The most beautiful Wailea beach in 20 mins . Shopping mall is 15 mins.
