We really enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be beat. The place was clean and the AC superb. Parking was easy and plentiful and there were restaurants,
bars and food trucks all within walking distance, along with Foodland, the local grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay! Amazing. Food park behind the main building, HIGHLY recommend for meal! Hosts were super communicative and gracious with all inquiries. Very walkable to local coffee shops, food trucks, grocery store and beach access. Great touch having beach chairs in unit, as well as laundry, games and travel guides. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony! 🌅 Easy central location for accessing different parts of Maui.

The place was amazing upon arrival. I had constant communication throughout the trip. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. The washer and dryer were perfect and I was provided detergent pods! The air conditioning worked perfect in the living room and bedroom. The views of the beach were incredible. we loved being able to see the ocean right from the unit and had breakfast on our lanai almost every am…not to mention the incredible sunsets! Great spot! Fun view of the ocean and activities in the park. Great air conditioning with quiet ac units in bedroom AND living room. Well stocked kitchen and washer dryer. The pool is heated and never crowded. For some reason the pool area fence has privacy slats which block what would otherwise be a beautiful ocean view from the second floor pool location. The kitchen does not have any overhead lighting which makes it very dark- hopefully this will be fixed. Bed is comfy and bathroom is solid. Love the food trucks nearby!!

The location of the airbnb is right next to the Foodtruck area in South Kihei, which was pretty convenient! Kitchen was well equipped, beach chairs etc and enough laundry taps. Bed was very comfortable! Unfortunately the laundry machine didn't work and couldn't get fixed while we were there, but the team did their best to apologize for the inconvenience. There's enough parking spaces as well. I would definitely consider staying there again!

We loved staying here. It was exactly like the pictures and located right across from the beach and walking distance to a lot of places in time area. On our second day the WiFi had went down and later that day we ended up getting locked onto the balcony after closing the sliding door and unfortunately missed out on an expensive excursion we had booked for the evening. The property owner and his team were extremely apologetic and helpful in resolving our inconveniences. They responded almost immediately to any question we had. If you're planning on staying in Maui, you definitely won't regret staying here. Todd and his team are the best.

We had a horrible start to our journey with flight getting canceled due to mechanical issues. However, once we stepped into the condo, all of our stress melted away! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the location qas steps away from great restaurants and rhe beach! Will definitely request to stay here again in the future!

Overall this stay was satisfactory, the location was great and easy to get to nearby beaches for sunsets and snorkeling. There is currently some construction in the downstairs shops so you have to use the rear entrance and this causes problems if you plan to stay indoors all day but its Maui so if you plan to be out during construction hours then you are OK. We brought up some concerns with the property manager and they were very responsive so overall i can recommend this place especially when construction ends. Property also includes everything in the kitchen one might need, chairs and a nice umbrella for the beach, a cooler and icepacks and a split system AC which was a great addition as some places just dont have.

This property is undergoing MAJOR structural repairs. Despite their best efforts, we awoke most days at 8-8:30am to extreme concrete grinding, jackhammers, pounding etc. We avoided the pool due to this as well. The entire bottom level is a fenced off construction area. The building should be closed while major work takes place. Not at all what my family expected for a calm Maui vacation.

The condo was perfect for us. It was in a great location. You can walk across the street to the beach, there is the food truck court and great coffee around the corner, and close to a grocery store. It was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The host provided clear instructions for everything we needed.

from the beginning, working with vacation maui was a pleasant and friendly experience. even when the wildfires happened, they were patient and worked with us. when we arrived, there were clear instructions and we had no issues finding where to go or parking. the view was absolutely incredible. we could see the west mountains and the beautiful surf spot in kihei called the cove. the location was great- south maui gardens is right behind the airbnb in walking distance and is full of a variety of food trucks and a great coffee shop called da green coffee. a convenient grab and go market is located right below the airbnb on the first floor. kalama park is across the street- it's big and beautiful. there is a skate park and many sand volleyball set ups. the people in kihei were some of the sweetest- please remember to spend your money wisely and locally. every cent counts! would highly recommend this airbnb and would stay here again in the future. highly recommend sunset at haleakala too!

The place was fairly smaller than the pictures. It seemed like an old place, kinda dusty. Toiletries were not sufficient. The bed was too small and uncomfortable for two adults to sleep in. Overall, it was an average stay. I certainly had expected more.

Borderline false advertising. The place is literally above stores which is conveniently left out of pictures in the post. The parking lot is ghetto and has cats everywhere where a man (resident) feeds them every night. The luggage racks to transport the things to your room is literally a stockpile of grocery carts from the local food store. The place is falling apart as each floor is literally being held s up by temporary support beams with cones to warn every one (see picture). The room itself was not clean and the pillows were full of makeup and so were the sheeting s. The screen door didn't lock and when it did we couldn't get it to open up again so we panicked and kept trying to get out and it finally opened. The view isn't exactly as nice as you see in pictures as the electricity lines are blocking a lot of your view. The fold out bed is so bad and needs to be replaced. Overall it's a very low end stay but they are charging a fortune as the demand is high. I won't be back here.

We love island surf and always stay at this complex. It was huge bummer not having a working dryer. I found the spare sheets in the dresser to make the sofa bed for my kids and they appeared dirty. Housekeeping was supposed to bring fresh bedding but didn't until 2 days after. We bring limited clothes. Luckily we are originally from the island and had friends house to do laundry. A new washer/dryer unit was installed the day before leaving the island and the dryer still didn't work. This is a nice unit just make sure if you are in need of washer and dryer that it works!! Management was quick to reply when I messaged them

When I located this place on VRBO, I knew I found exactly what we were looking for. An A/C in the living room and in the bedroom, a washer and dryer, a small kitchen stocked with everything you need, great views of the ocean and sunset, right across the street from a park and the ocean, stores and restaurants in the immediate area, a pool, and BBQs. We rented this place for the above reasons. This was our first time in Maui. Kihei turned out to be one of our favorite places on the island. It has a laid back vibe. It's a short drive to the other main areas of the island (Wailea, Lahaina, & the airport). The place was clean, it has ample parking, and an elevator, which makes it easy to get to the 3rd floor. We had a few minor issues with the place. Todd bent over backwards to fix the issues and accommodate us, which we really appreciated. Todd was quick to respond and took care of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The place also came with folding chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and beach towels, which was really nice to have for going to the many different beaches. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Maui.
