lace was beautiful and modern, ac worked great, looks exactly like the pictures. The host was super sweet as well, pool is so amazing with the greatest sunset views. It's just unfortunate that this place had all kinds of bugs, 2 cockroaches, ants, and these little circular bugs everywhere, no we never left food out. It's a great place if you don't mind bugs, we particularly don't like bugs where we rest and sleep so made it less enjoyable.

The location is amazing. It is close to beaches and restaurants. The place is renovated and nice looking. When we arrived the kitchen and living room was not cleaned with old food and bugs on the floor. I called and within 30 min the cleaning team was there and it was spotless. accidents happen, they apologized and I was happy with how quick the response to make it right was. Typical of Hawaii places, lots of bugs crawling around even when we kept all food in the fridge and garbages empty. Overall happy with it.

I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept the place nice and cool. There were four of us staying here and there was plenty of space. The pool and grounds were well kept. All of the times we went to the pool area there was plenty of space and typically only another couple or family there. We used the grill a few times and it is located very close to this unit, and they are in great condition. I enjoyed running around the block early mornings. It is a hilly mile and a half around with partial views of the ocean and palm trees. The beach is walking distance, although carrying chairs and umbrella driving was preferred. They provide initial toiletries and that was communicated to us so make sure to bring your own (shampoo and soap). It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. I was not disappointed.

We were vacationing in Maui while the record storms hit the islands and he continued to check on us and mitigate any issues. We visit Maui for at least a month a year and we'll continue to stay at the Palms do to the location, facilities, and cleanliness.

Great spot, kids loved the pool and a brief walk to the beach.
The condo worked perfect for our family of 5 plus an extra young teenager. It was well kept and a nice decor. About a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Our unit was located right across the parking lot from the neighborhood pool and common area so that was very convenient. Overall a great stay and a host that was very easy to communicate with.

This unit was great for our family of 6. We had our two youngest (9 & 12) sharing the pullout coach. Location is great and we spent most of the time at the south beaches. The pool rules are no joke (there is someone there always reminding kids to play quietly etc) so that can be annoying for some if they are not expecting it. The beds are very soft (too soft for us but if you prefer soft they are right for you). The unti has lots of roomTo move around and ground floor was great to have for playing outside or having dinner together on the deck.

Property was exactly as promised. The condo unit was perfect for our family of 4. Each child had their own bed, plus their own bathroom. All the kitchen amenities were new, easy to use and more than enough for our trip. The unit has plenty of AC throughout, and to be honest, we had to shut it off. Management got back to me quickly with any questions. Bathrooms have been updated since the pictures were taken, so that was a nice surprise. All in all i woudl not hesitate to rent here again.

The house was quiet and comfortable. It was about three blocks from the beaches and less than 10 minutes from Kihei. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, although all of the pans are nonstick, which isn't my preference. Maintenance was very responsive in fixing a loose/leaking shower head. The agency was very good to work with and assisted me with changing the reservation to accommodate a fifth person who ultimately did not come.

The renovation of this unit to fully enclose the second bedroom is an improvement to other units. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the club chairs on the lanai were a nice upgrade compared with other units. A/C mini splits in each room worked very well. The Palms is a great development - well-kept pool area and a close walk to Keawakapu Beach. Would stay again!

Condo was in a great spot for small kids. Very quiet and the outdoor space was great for my kids to run around on. All the outdoor and indoor furniture was updated along with the floors, but the kitchen and bathrooms really needed an update. Especially the bathtub and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The condo had everything we needed from umbrellas to beach chairs. In the kitchen they had everything you needed to cook. Lots of containers and other kitchen tools even plastic wrap. I would consider staying here again if the bathrooms and kitchen were renovated. For what we paid i thought it was a little pricey.

1st time back to Maui since 2019 and our 3rd Palms @ Wailea stay. Four adults & one year old grandson for 2 weeks over US Thanksgiving. Unit is on north side of complex. Away from direct sun – perfect for the non-sunny bunnies in our clan. Very quiet. Pictures accurately reflect unit. We had to relocate some of the fining touches since our one-year-old grandson loved crawling everywhere. The renovation to 2nd bedroom with solid wall (compared to directional slider door in most other Palms 2 bedroom units) was fantastic for quiet daytime nap space for young one. Vacation Maui team was great helping us hook up with local baby rental provider. Big covered Lenai space was great - outdoor dining for six, two easy chairs and two loungers. Big green space with peak a boo view of water – good place to play with the cornhole board to see who did dishes. Private BBQ with two full propane tanks. Well stocked kitchen pots/pans/appliances – good blender, rice cooker (home poke bowls), toaster and drip coffee maker. Air conditioning control and fans in every room made setting comfort easy during day and night. SIX nice beach towels. Great bath linens. Beach bin has 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas & 2 coolers. Nice pool across parking lot from unit – easy access. Ten-minute walk through the garden green space in the center of the complex to Okalani Drive to reach two Keawakapoo beach access points – for sunrise beach walks. Excellent accommodations. We had an issue with our unit to which the head of management came directly to speak with us and ensure that we were well taken care of. We appreciated that they took the time to come speak to us and offered what help they could in order to support with the problem that came up. They responded quickly and provided immediate solutions that prioritized our comfort first. We are extremely satisfied with their response time and customer care. Would highly recommend to others looking to do a booking.

This place was fantastic, exactly what we wanted and it exceeded our expectations. My wife and I and two teenage kids spent 10 days here. The pictures online are accurate. The house had all the amenities we needed. It included a starter pack of toiletries to hold us over until we could get to the market. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, utensils, etc. We had everything we needed for a 10 day stay.The rental also had two coolers, really nice beach chairs, and an umbrella that we used almost everyday. The beach towels were nice and not the “hotel” variety. There was even a cornhole set we used a few times. The place also has a hose to wash off stuff after the beach day which was a nice plus. The master bedroom had wireless phone/ watch/ AirPod chargers. The beds were comfortable and clean. The outdoor space had great seating for morning coffee, a nice dining area and our own grill. The propane did run out and was promptly refilled with a new tank the next day after I called. We used the pool a few times, which was right across the parking lot from the unit. It was very nice, especially during the day when other residents were still out for the day. The condo is located in great spot in Wailea near the resorts, so it's an easy drive or walk to shopping, and restaurants. The beach is close enough to walk, especially for sunsets. The pool area has a beautiful landscaped open area where you can see the sunset as well. 10/10

Our condo was perfect for 3 adults and 1 teen. Short walk to 2 lovely beaches,paved beach walk and a few shops. Golf course at Wailea Golf Club was amazing. Helicopter ride was a once in a lifetime! Beautiful sunsets from our condo. Only suggestion would be for the owners to have a drawn “map” to illustrate where the paths to the beaches are; it took some investigating to discover them!

Felt like home away from home in terms of comfort of the unit. We absolutely LOVED the location in terms of convenience. My son and I both did 5 mile walks daily... just right out the door of the condo and to the beach in minutes! We all also walked to the Shops at Wailea to grab dinner at the store and the restaurants, so that was convenient as well. Nice living and dining room... which open nicely onto a huge patio. We all spent hours out there. We also loved how close it was to the pool, yet far enough away that we didn't have noise. Primary Bedroom was large, lots of storage, huge bathroom, comfy beds, nice A/C, and all the amenities we needed. Thank you for the beach chairs, beach towels and coolers! Those were SO great to have! The response from the company prior to our arrival, during our stay and just before we left was just what we needed--super helpful and very professional. We've stayed a lot of places, and we found this company's communication to be some of the best ever! We had a FANTASTIC time, and know that it really had a lot to do with staying here. After a full day of activities on Maui, it's always nice to have a spacious place to come "home" to, and this was definitely right up there with the best.

Our family of 6 stayed at The Palms #703 for our Spring Break vacation. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a short getaway. The location was nice, but there wasn’t a clear or easy path to get to nearby beaches. The pool was magnificent and conveniently located across the street/parking lot. Some of the rules were a bit extreme, especially with kids (for example, don’t blow your nose or use goggles). The washer and dryer were obnoxiously loud. Other than those minor things - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!

The Palms at Wailea #703 is a great unit - super convenient to the beach (10 min walk), the Shops at Wailea (15 min walk), and just in a great neighborhood. The unit was clean, has been recently upgraded, and had all the amenities that we needed. Especially great was the aircon units in each room - a great touch to enable each group to cool themselves to the right temps. At night we turned off the aircons and just let the breeze through the house. Really nice lanai and quite private to the rest of the units. Parking was right in front of the house. Super great spot to navigate the west side of Maui. We would definitely rent there again!

Loved our stay! Great peaceful location, beautiful grounds, and the home is immaculate. Smooth check in process - which was very seamless. We love to cook so we definitely did a Costco run before arriving- and the home had all the awesome kitchenware available. Had a small hiccup with the Wi-Fi when we arrived - the info provided in the email didn't match the info on the router in the home. So had to do a small search to get proper info. Property manager said they would update. More trash bags for the week would have been great too, and maybe a full paper towel roll, with maybe one extra (we started with a less than half roll). Overall - we would definitely return here our next time in Maui!

What an amazing vacation home! Two bedrooms with great privacy but close to the pool. You have a great green belt behind the property that make it feel bigger. Outdoor space is huge! Open floor plan is great for a family, kids under 10 will be tough because of corners etc on furniture that decorates the home perfectly. Showers need updating but you can tell that is their last project. Chairs, cooler and mat for the beach! What beach? It's your pick! Black sand beach, Wailea, Kihei beach's are all there. Central to both Wailea and Kihei, best of both worlds. Everything is a five minute drive. Rental car is best to get around. So many restaurants. Thank you for the memories!

Marvelous, comfortable, fully equipped quiet house in a great location… we woke up with birdsong…amazing! You can go from anywhere to anywhere of the island easily in 20-30 minutes. Accurate and promptly communications with Vacation Maui about check in and in case of any unexpected problem, at any time. I have to do a little negative note about the cleaning, but vacation maui took immediately action. Really professional, really thank you! My new point of reference in Maui.

A wonderful condo, perfect for your family! The master bedroom/bath is huge. Bed was super comfortable. The other bedroom was big even with two twin beds. We found the condo to be well cleaned. Do be sure to keep all food sealed up or in the fridge. All dishes should be rinsed and straight into dishwasher, or the tiny ants will be there in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plastic wear for keeping leftovers in. It did lack some essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil) but the management was more than accommodating and sent it over. Apparently the condo is fresh from a remodel and it just hasn't had the chance to be stocked with leftover supplies from others vacations. The pool/jacuzzi are conveniently close to this unit. The pool is heated and was a wonderful place to watch the sunset, as is the back yard of the condo, you get a ocean view from the center spot. We had quick drives to everything we needed/beaches/freeways etc. The main shopping hub near the airport (and Costco) are about 25 minutes away on a traffic day. Penny's Pizza and Pasta was a favorite of ours, just a short drive away. The beaches/parks along the beaches were close by (drive to them) and we always found parking. We look forward to our next stay on the island.
