Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, good parking, well situated. Laundry pods and dish washer soap were provided as well as paper towels. The only thing I would suggest is to add some baking dishes because there is none and to provide basic cooking start-up items like cooking oil and basic spices because it is very inconvenient to have to buy those things for a short week's stay. Initially I thought there were a lot of spices but it's just a bunch of salt and pepper that people left behind. Also a few tea bags would be nice, this is what I am usually accustomed to. Lastly make sure to verify that the dishes in the cupboard are cleaned properly.

The property is very cute. The bed is extremely comfortable. The condos seem safe. The walk to restaurants and beaches can't be beat. There are so many things to love about this property. I was in Maui to work and practice yoga and it really came through. There are a few things that need updating (washing machine makes very loud noises when it drains and it very old), the guest bedding needs to be replaced (my friend stayed on the pull out couch otherwise I never would have even noticed that), it seemed like someone very very heavy (?) sat in the living room chair because you sink waaaaaay in, and the cleaning staff could do a better job with the bathroom. But, most of this has zero to do with the owners, who were easy to work with and just lovely. The million dollar question is always, “Would you stay there again?” Yes, absolutely! I plan to come back next year and will hopefully do just that. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! This condo is a great mix of comfortable, easy, with pretty views of trees and birds off the patio. If you're in the bedroom you'll sleep like a baby. It really has everything you need. For what you get and where it is, you really can't beat it. Thanks for having us!

This was our 2nd stay at this complex. We were in Bldg 2 and it was quiet and away from traffic noise. The convenience factors of having CY Beach a 5 minute walk, and having a choice of walkable restaurants and shopping venues is a plus for Maui Vista. It is an easy ride to Maalaea Harbor for whale watching and to UpCountry as well for many other things to do.

Had a great stay. The condo was exactly as described and the pictures online matched perfectly to what was in the condo and its condition. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to Charlie Young beach and many restaurants along south Kihei road. If you have a car, the central location made drives to the Road to Hana, Haleakalā, and the west side beaches easily accessible. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for the stay. They provided 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler in the condo so it saved us a bunch of money from having to rent them. Parking was easy with a large lot that always had many open spaces close to the building at all times of the day. Having an elevator to get to the third floor was also nice as many of the condos in this area only have stairs. I would certainly stay here again if I go back to Maui in the future.

The cleaning fee was over $300 dollars and it was not clean to begin with. The walls were very dirty, bathtub dirty, gross grout around kitchen sink, dusty fake plants, drapery not hanging straight, hole in screen in bedroom, filthy air conditioner in bedroom. Overall…YUCK! For the amount we paid, there are much nicer places to stay!

This place has everything you need to feel right at home. A/Cs worked great, beach gear was super convenient, the surroundings were so tropical and beautiful. We had so much fun watching the many different types of birds right from the lanai. Almost every evening we did the 4 minute walk (yes, I timed it) to get to Charley Young beach for sunset. Feels surprisingly private for being in a condo building. We would definitely stay there again.

We saw lots of ants in the kitchen which wasn't exactly the best to deal with, it was pretty hot there was no A/C in the living room and the a/c in the room barely did anything so sleeping wasn't the best experience. Also I've never been to an Airbnb where I had to wash the towels and clean up, in that case what's the point of the clean up fee.

The apartment was, as can be seen in the pictures, very nicely furnished and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end. What a score! We booked this whole trip on a whim, and we couldn't have done better. I looked at exactly two units and choose this one. This unit is across the street from Charlie Young beach (one guidebook called it the “best swimming beach on Maui” and we agree!!) and central to all the Kihei action. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Unit is very sound-proof as well - we never heard our neighbors next door or above. Management was very helpful and responsive.

This place is awesome! Love love love the location. So close to great food trucks, groceries and beaches. It's great to walk right across the street and be right at the beach. So easy. Even easier, there is a key code to enter which means you don't have to carry around a key (or potentially lose it in the sand). The bed was just the right amount of firmness for us. The accommodations are fantastic. Everything you need. We loved just sitting on the porch and watching the sunset while sipping on drinks. 12/10. Grateful for such an easy joyful stay. Pro tip: Costco is a great place to stock up for a long trip and Foodland is great for affordable poke.

The location of this property was perfect. Fairly central to a lot of activities we did on Maui. It was within walking distance to two amazing beaches and excellent dining. The many different sets of tennis courts and pools were great. The pools were small but my teens managed to find times that they could have it to themselves so then it was okay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and we would definitely book again! We appreciated the cleanliness, organization, and how well the condo was stocked! It have everything we could have needed, it really felt like a home away from home. The location is so convenient, close to many restaurants and charley young beach! Including our favorite restaurants PAIA Fish Market and Kihei Cafe! We did make a fun memory one night with me and my fiancé getting locked out on the lanai because the door automatically locked on us while we were both out there and shut the door. Keep in mind that if you're a light sleeper the birds are loud in the morning (sounds as if they are in the bedroom with you). The window is right at the head of the bed and everyday at 5:30 am the birds will wake you up.

maui vista condo is ideally located close to family friendly beaches. The kitchen is really fully equipped with toaster, coffe machine etc Beds are confortable and recent. All surface were sparkling clean. We had a few desagrements but they have been addressed professionally addressed. The property would benefit from being disemcumbered from some unnecessary deco ( plastic flowers and empty boxes ...) and of more than necessary blankets.

Very comfortable and practical apartment in a central location, walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony, cool in the morning, perfect spot to have morning coffee and watch birds in the garden do their thing. Not only that but one can spot humpback whales in the ocean with a pair of binoculars. Also balcony is facing west so be ready for spectacular sunsets if you to tired to make it back to the beach just 5 minutes away. Enjoy the stay a lot!

The location was central and convenient - only minutes walk to the beach. Access to the property's pool was easy. The hosts were also very responsive to issues with the kitchen sink draining and garbage disposal not working; they were able to send a repair person right after the holiday weekend. Note though that there is only one bedroom with one bed; additional guests would stay in the pullout couch in the living room.

This was perfect for two people! Check-in was super easy, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. They also provided us with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, an umbrella, everything we needed to enjoy the beach?which is just a 5 minute walk away! This is a great place to stay! The location is ideal with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and markets near by as well as lots of water rental options nearby. The living space is comfortable and functional. The balcony has a beautiful view and comfy chairs to lounge on. One warning, the balcony door automatically locks so be mindful when going out onto the balcony not to let it shut behind you and lock yourself out of the unit. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We had a lovely time! The condo is nicely decorated and had all the essential plus extra TP which was nice. There was shampoo, body wash and conditioner as well. The ice trays in the fridge were so nice to have. We definitely utilized the beach gear. And the ice chest was a plus.
There are pest but thats normal for Hawaii. The condo complex does spray often though. They did offer to come spray while we were staying but declined.
