Maui and our stay at this beautiful condo was incredibly relaxing, filled with beautiful coastal views and quiet moments. We spent time around Kamaole III, capturing the rocky shores, palm trees, and some amazing sunsets over the ocean. The location of this unit is spectacular. Waking up each morning with views of the ocean and Kam III is something that I could get used to. The unit itself is in good condition and just as described. Check in and check out were easy. Walk to the beach, to restaurants and shaved ice! Out of 8 days we had 2 that we didn't drive anywhere. I would certainly book again without hesitation.

We visit Maui every year, and this stay was overall a good experience. The ocean view and beach access were excellent and clearly the strongest features of the unit. The kitchen was well equipped, which helped a lot during our longer stay. A few comfort-related items stood out over two weeks: The TV is older and shows noticeable screen wear, though it still functions. The living room furniture is quite worn and not very comfortable. The beds were fairly firm, which may be challenging for longer stays. While the listing mentions air conditioning, it’s limited to the bedrooms, so the main living area stayed warmer than expected. Overall, the unit offers an amazing location and view, which we really appreciated. With some attention to comfort and updates to furnishings, this could be a much stronger stay. We enjoyed our time in Maui and feel this place may be best suited for guests who prioritize location over in-unit comfort.

Our stay was nice (its Maui) but there were quite a few things we were not happy with at this property. Although your view is across from the beach you have power lines and a parking lot in front of the patio/lanai view so it takes the beauty out of it a bit. There were many cars driving by with very loud music playing. It did not affect our sleep because the bedrooms are back of unit, BUT the very loud portable AC units and clicking fans did! We were grateful for the AC though since most of the units do not have them. The unit was clean however it lacked simple items that almost all other short term vacation rentals have. No sugar, coffee, barely any spices, etc. The shampoo/conditioner/soap provided was the smallest tube I have ever seen. We stayed for 10 days and were 4 people so a teaspoon of soap was definitely not enough! They also did not provide extra items if you need more of something like paper towels or detergent. We never asked but it would have been nice if it was there in the unit. The complex is located across from a park where many unhoused individuals reside/hang out. The property itself is dated, but unit is somewhat updated. Property manager is nice however our kids did get talked to for quietly playing marco polo during the daytime. Apparently it is not allowed to be played. It felt like there were a lot of rules that are not necessary. 6pm-8pm is quiet time to dine on patios however often times no one was out on their lanai. Bed were comfortable.

My family of 5 had a lovely stay. We had some concerns about the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival, but management was wonderful with their response and timeliness to fix the issues. Thank you! The unit was a little tight for our family of 5 (3 tween/teenagers) but to sleep it was fine. It would have been nice to have AC throughout the unit, but it seems that AC is not the norm for Maui?? The location was wonderful - we could explore every which direction with ease. Having the beach directly across the street for early morning or late day swims/snorkeling was great. .

The condo was a perfect getaway for a group of adult friends. The extra bed in the 2nd room, and sofa bed gave us all our own space which was fantastic! The extra chairs and towels were nice for the beach, although most chairs are in need of a little repair, they worked just fine for the beach just across the street. There were a few little things that could use some extra cleaning, but I will let the host know so they could be remedied. All in all it was a great stay. The property was nice and welcoming!

This was a perfect location for us. Walking distance to many restaurants and close driving to many great beaches in Wailea and Makena areas.The only negative is that Kihei Road is a busy and sometimes noisy street. So leaving sliders open at night is difficult.

Maui Parkshore was great for our family. Location can't be beat - right across the street from the beach. Kids loved the pool. Manager was friendly. The building is older, so it's not fancy but it is well maintained and clean. South Kehei road is busy during the day so there is traffic noise but it didn't bother us. And things quiet down at night. The unit is fantastic. It has been updated, as shown in the photos. The bathrooms are older but well maintained and clean, just not fancy. You hear the waves from the kitchen and can see the sun set from the balcony. Appreciated the communication with Maui Vacation rentals as well. They were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Overall, would definitely recommend. We hope to stay again!

The location is great. We could get to the beach and restaurant within walking distance. The place has everything we need. The A/C is a little bit loud as expected. We were not there during the day most of the time and at night it is a little bit cold to have the A/C on anyway. There is a pool downstairs which is very convenient. The pool is 3' on one end and 8' on the other end. My little one could manage to swim at the shallow end by himself. The owner is very responsive. I thought I accidentally left the stove on. I called them and they immediately sent someone to check on the place for us. (and I did turn off the stove before we left.) Overall we recommend this place.

Communication with the host prior to and during our stay was excellent. As we had questions, responses were clear and prompt. The unit has a wonderful lanai directly across from the beach. The AC units in the bedrooms kept the unit comfortable for sleeping. Although the main living space gets a bit warm in the late afternoon and early evening, we spent most of our time on the lanai anyway...very workable. Maui Parkshores is an older condo building, but the unit itself has been renovated. The pool and common areas are also in great shape. The beach gear and towels in the unit were a great help. I can't leave a review without mentioning the location...its perfect! Right in the middle of anywhere you might want to go..whether Makena Beach to the south or a drive up to the West Side. You can walk to restaurants and shops and a great snorkeling spot and beach for swimming right across the street. The hosts were great, the unit is very nice, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this VRBO (the first time was 5 years ago before its recent renovation), which is all you really need to know. This VRBO has an amazing oceanfront view, is across the street from the Kamaole III beach, and is also walking distance to the Kihei boat ramp (where many diving and snorkeling boats launch). It is also a short drive from some of the top shore snorkeling locations in Wailea, and relatively centrally located if you intend to travel to Haleakala, the Road to Hana, or West Maui. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Being directly across the street from the beach, we could walk over multiple times a day. The condo has all the amenities you need. Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkels, etc. The property was very quiet at night even with the main road out front. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add a smaller fry pan. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was nicely finished and furnished, also kept very clean. My favorite part was the location. It is right across the street from the park, which has a good beach for playing in the waves. It is just south of the busiest part of S Kihei Rd. So close enough to walk to all the fun, but far enough away that it wasn't super congested. We enjoyed the rather large lanai every morning and evening - great views of the Electric Bike Parade that comes through Sundays and Wednesdays! The shower in the shared bathroom did not get hot enough for our liking, but the shower in the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom did, so most showers were taken there. We also appreciated the assortment of beach items provided. Would book here or with this property management company again!

Watching whales and the sun set from the lanai was the highlight for my family on a daily basis. This condo is well outfitted to cover a family of four for a day at the beach, which is just across the street, and to cook meals and sleep very comfortably. The AC units were great to cool the bedrooms but also were great for white noise to drown out the roosters. B-) Had one minor issue but the friendliness and quick response from the property manager/owner helped to find a resolution and made the incident a blip in a rather perfect vacation.

Our group consisted of four friends so we needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The location and condo itself were nice, but we had a lot of issues with the bathrooms, especially the shower situation. We had one shower that was never more than lukewarm…it was impossible to wash your hair in there unless you could handle shivering. One shower did get hot water more often, but it seemed hit or miss. It was pretty awful and ruined our vacation to an extent. There was no “quick shower” after beach day to go out for dinner. Instead, we had to plan way ahead and hope the water cooperated. We had to basically use one shower only. Could have just saved money on a condo with one bathroom. Very frustrating. I reported this to the manager on day 2 (we realized it was an issue that morning, but were on Hana trip so couldn't communicate) and got a response back saying “it's how it's supposed to work”-something to do with the solar set up. I'd stay there again only if they fix this issue and gave us $500 credit for our next stay.

From the time of booking hosts had been in constant communication. They not only provided precise guidelines but also additional information that is useful as first time visitor to Maui. I believe that hosts are great but their maintenance team is not doing their job properly. Here is the list of issues 1. Surfaces were dustly 2. Towels: Please always have white towels, dark green color towels doesnt inspire confidence in the cleanlyness 3. Showerhead was leaking and didnt have any pressure 4. No hot water, only luke warm water through out the apartment 5. Biggest of all, dishwasher smelled bad and plates and cups had those same bad smell. We washed few times, but the smell was too stubborn. We informed host about it but nothing was done during our stay 6. Airconditionare are portable and they make a lot of sound. We used them to cool the room but had to turn off during night so that we can sleep. 7. Vaccum cleaner and Hair dryer were very dirty, didnt feel like touching them. Again, I strongly suggest to hosts to pay a personal visit to the apartment, their maintenance crew have been skimping on their work. Upgrade showerhead, and use white towels. and please clean/replace dishwasher and plates. The apartment wasnt cheap so anyone looking for good times during their well deserved Hawaii vacation shouldnt have to experience such a messy apartment.

Had a great time staying at the Maui Parkshore, you cannot beat the view and location. We were traveling with our 17 month old and it was so easy and convenient to be able to just walka across the street to the park and to the beach without the hassle of having to get in to a car. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, well stocked with plates, glasses and pots & pans. Plenty of linens and having the washer and dryer when you have a toddler was a bonus I didn't even realize I needed until I we were there. House was clean and as described, plenty of storage and closet space and two bedrooms have A/C but living area does not, which was fine since we kept the doors open to the balcony 24/7 to get fresh air. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed in the condo for 9 nights and enjoyed it very much! The location is great, beach just accross the street. We loved the lanai for the diners with the sunset. A/C in rooms are very loud - we prefered to turn them off and use the fans instead. It can get very hot in the condo. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers very convenient. Pool and BBQ super clean. I highly recommend the place!

Biggest disappointment was the lack of cleanliness with the dishes and random broken items. Great Airbnb! We stayed here with six people. 2 in the master, 2 in each twi. bed, and two on the pullout couch. The place is stocked with everything you need for a good time. Beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels, blender, rice cooker, and even had extra sunscreen in case you forget. We used the bbq a few times and it worked good. There's multiple showers all over the property for rinsing sand off. We would stay here again anytime! Mahalo!

The neighborhood around the property is less than ideal. Unfortunately a lot of homelessnesses. The unit however I was surprised how clean it was. Goes to show don't judge a book by its cover. The ac in the master didn't go below 77, I don't even keep my house below 73. It was missing the slats to tilt the air. It just seemed like it was going straight out the window. Thank goodness for the ceiling fan. The ac in the other room was great! Another life saver was the fan in the living room. We had other family staying in unit 410 and they didn't have a fan in the living room, and it was miserable! Other than the air issues the unit was good, And came with everything we needed. I would stay here again IF they had good working air throughout the entire unit.

Property is located in a great location, right across from the beach, we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Condo is within walking distance to some good restaurants. We had one small issue at check in that was taken care of right away. Condo could have been a little cleaner, there were candy wrappers under the couch, dirty utensils in the drawers, and a cup that was put away with mold growing in it. Overall though we would most likely stay here again, the pool was great and they keep the grounds really clean and nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The highlights- 1. Beautiful remodel. High end appliances. Air in bedrooms works fabulous. Beds comfortable, bedding decent. Pillows could use an update. The view is incredible. The sliding windows are a huge plus (but use the screens after sundown- bugs like the light).

This condo is perfectly located in South Maui, between Kihei?s restaurants and stores and the fancier resorts of Wailea-Makena. The ocean is all you see from the living room and lanai. Sunsets are incredible! The sliding glass doors allow you to open up the living area and kitchen to the lanai. It can get pretty warm at times but the bedrooms have AC, which is great for sleeping. I do not hesitate in recommending this condo to anyone!

This was our second stay at this property and we will be back again.
Fantastic location, view property, close to the water, and priced fairly.
Only reason we didn?t give it 5 stars as we did have a couple of maintenance issues and there is road noise but like I said we loved the stay there.

I've stayed in kihei a number of times and this was the best property for a family. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was convenient and it was nice to be able to enjoy the sunset from the large balcony

The location of the apartment is directly across the street from Kam III which made getting up and walking to the beach easy and convenient, especially when you want to get there early to score a nice spot for the day. Its also down the road from many small restaurants and shopping centers, very close by car to the beaches in Wailea and close to the highways should you want to go to Lahaina or Paia. The noise from S. Kihei road didn't bother us as cars weren't driving fast and the road itself is very mellow

Nice place in Kihei, only a couple of blocks away from the boat ramp (big plus if you're meeting boat operators at 6am for diving!). Accommodations as advertised, the host was communicative, and the kitchen in particular is really nice in this condo. A/C in the bedrooms only, but fans in the rest of the place helped to keep cool enough even in June. Came with a few extras like a cooler and folding chairs.

Definitely a good stay to book, especially if it's your first time in Hawaii or even Maui. I have no complaints about this place, if you wanted a beautiful view of the beach front and all of the basic needs during your stay this place is good for the price. Also, it's not a far walk to some of the local spots to check out. Definitely a place I would go back to. THANKS AGAIN VACATION- MAUI!

This condo is directly across from the beach! You have a direct and amazing view from this fourth floor balcony. The sunrise and sunset is incredible. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you can imagine. The living room is comfortable and great for relaxing. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and adjoining rest room. Washer and dryer are very helpful. Beach chairs provided. The pictures are a true representation. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is perfect, right across Kamala Beach park, and there is a pool and BBQ grill in the apartment complex which is great. There?s an elevator and shopping carts to help you get your luggage and groceries up to the third floor. Also, note that the couch in the living room is a pull out bed which two people can sleep in. The kitchen was equipped with condiments, pans, plates and cups which was great to cook a home meal. They also have several beach chair

Just as described! Right across the street from one of the best beaches in Maui! My family of 6 fit great. The living room pull out couch is great for little kiddos to sleep on. I always love when there are beach supplies and this Airbnb totally had them (beach chairs, umbrella, little drink cooler). Great value for the price point. Right by Kihei boat ramp where lots of great tours leave from. We have been to maui many many times and as usual, we enjoyed our time on the island.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults and one toddler. The 2 full baths was great with all the amenities needed. This saved time in the morning when getting ready. The view of the park and beach was awesome. The Kamole III beach and park is directly across the road from this place and the host has beach umbrella, chairs, and toys for use. The only downside I would say is that the living room does not have AC unit and in the hot and humid weather it can get a little uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
