This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The condo is beautiful and the balcony view is a perfect way to start our day. The beds are soft and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. It was so convenient to have chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach which is right down the street! The pool was great for our nighttime dips too. Great restaurants 5 minutes away. We had no complaints. Perfect Hawaii vacation.

Location is fine, easy 10 min drive to main food areas (due to road work) and the local beach park is close by. Location is good for Kihei and Wailea. WiFi didn't really work for us though. Kitchen was well stocked.

Looks as described! Friendly host. Clean and provided beach towels and ample home towels. They also had a washing machine and dryer. Also had a good starting pack. Would recommend buying water. They had those refillable water filter but not enough for 6 ppl without waiting a while. There is pool access and ample parking even for two cars. There was an island problem with gnats everywhere, but their pest control helped mitigate most of it.

This is our second property we've stayed at managed by Vacation-Maui. Maui Hill has always been a hidden gem of Kihei. Secluded, quiet, with plenty of space. The unit was well stocked and descriptions were spot on. Plenty of chairs, umbrella, and beach items, and the bigger washer and dryer made all the difference. Communication from the people at Vacation Maui (Todd and Jace) was excellent and they accommodated our adding an extra day and late check out requests. The departure instructions were reasonable and explained before arriving. We'll be staying at Maui Hill 116 again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Family of 6 adults and one toddler had enough space to be together and apart, when needed. Two bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. The washer/drier are actually larger and newer than in the pictures. Great lanai overlooking the greenery with the view of the ocean (unlike some other units in this community that overlooking parking lot and the road). Only 0.5 mile to the beach. Took 20 minutes at leisurely pace. Unit also has beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys for kids, even few googles and snorkel masks. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans as well as cutlery and plates/glasses. All the tools needed to cook at home for the family. I'm adding this unit to my 'favorites' to visit again.

The condo description was excellent. This was the cleanest and overall nicest condo we have ever rented and we have stayed in quite a few. It was stocked amazingly well. The communication with the agency that rented it was 10/10. The resort property was also well maintained and well located. Its a few minute walk or short drive to the beaches. The access by the Days Inn was our favorite. It wasn't crowded and had available parking. Overall 10/10.

All in all a nice place - clean, comfortable, lots of room, great views, wonderful location. It was easy to spend time together as family, while everyone had a comfortable space they could retreat to. Great communication by management. The only miss was the description of the place as being a stunning renovation. I'm sure at some point that was true but that description suggests new and crisp, whereas the carpets throughout the unit were generally dirty (old, ground in dirt that builds up in carpets over time), paint was peeling on the steps to the unit, doors to the patio space were warped, etc. Things were just a little tired. Nice enough, but certainly not the look and finish we were expecting from the description (and given the cost).

This rental was perfect for our group! We were two couples, each with kids. There are two rooms with attached private bathrooms, and a third bathroom for common use which was perfect for us. Ocean view from the large balcony! Very short drive (5 min) to the beaches of Kihei and Wailea as well as all the town amenities of Kihei! Property managers were very thorough in their communication and responsive to all of our requests. They went above and beyond!Would definitely stay here again.

This may have been my favorite AirBnB stay. Description was en pointe, extremely clean, beautiful location, everything we needed was provided to enjoy a beach vacay, beach towels, chairs, also umbrella and cooler although we did not use those. We were advised that we may need to purchase more toilet tissues so bought a 12 pack but did not need at all for an 8 night stay as they did provide 2-3 extra per bathroom. This was the perfect space for our party of 6, each couple had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was immaculate and all pots/pans/flatware/plates/cups, everything needed in the kitchen, was provided. Also to add, one in our party got spiked from an uni on his finger and when I went to the office for help, the man in the corner office gave us his personal vinegar to help. Lastly, I got to enjoy the beautiful view from the lanai while working. Priceless!

The grounds were well kept, and our kids enjoyed access to the pool. The lanai was perfect for early morning or late afternoon coffee and reading with a nice view of the ocean. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by providing beach towels and chairs for our use, which was a huge perk! The 6 of us, 3 adult couples, had a great stay. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 masters) was perfect. We had friends staying at Kihei Surfside and we were just a short walk away from them and the beach. We never had a problem finding parking. The beach supplies were a hit, with a rolling cooler, umbrella and sand chairs for everyone. The separate A/C for each room was a plus. The unit is situated in a way where we didn't always get the ocean breeze. The hosts were very responsive when we arrived early. Great communication. There are shops one mile away. We enjoyed a walk and cinnamon rolls one morning. 5 stars. Thank you for a nice week.

This unit was the perfect place for a family reunion, with grandparents and a 13-month toddler. The balcony overlooks the lawn facing the ocean beyond, and the unit is in close enough proximity to the community grill and the pool (which was never too busy). All rooms were extremely comfortable. I even appreciated that there was a small step ladder for shorter members of our family to reach the in-unit washer/dryer and the taller bathroom vanity sinks. As for the complex itself, it's a 5-10 min walk to a beach and a 5-10 min drive to the shops and other eatery/grocery stores. I appreciated that the complex was situated in the quieter part of the S Kihei road. All in all, we would return again in a heartbeat!

Property was nice enough and a nice size for our family. Great location and beautiful view from back lanai. Description of the property was not completely accurate. There was one large lanai, not two. The smaller one would accommodate a couple people. It was described as immaculate but the carpet needs to be replaced, and paint and plumbing need attention. Some details need addressing like broken beach chairs. There were only five place settings, not eight which was less than our party of six, and the kitchen was missing other basic tools needed for making meals. Overall, it was a great place to return to after daily excursions and a little TLC would have made it more functional for our family.

We were very impressed with this condo! It was neat and clean when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and clear. The folks at the front desk folks were helpful and the property manager specifically for the condo we communicated with were quick to respond to any questions or requests, and very accommodating. The condo is open and spacious. Location is excellent as it is in the middle geographically between a lot of beaches and activities, and not far from any of them. While it is not directly on a breach, there were so many great beaches within a short drive, we didn't feel that was a downside. Highly highly recommended.

We took full advantage of the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even snorkels that were available for us to use. It was nice to have a full washer-dryer available if we wanted to wash a load of laundry before leaving. The lanai was lovely for enjoying morning coffee and chatting. The beds were comfortable, but could use some firmer pillows for our liking. Our biggest suggestion for the owner is to have a full-length mirror in the unit so that we could use it while getting ready. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

As a previous timeshare owner in Maui, this was the first time I had to actually "find" a place to stay for my family of 5, including my wife's family and 88 year old mother-in-law. In my opinion we lucked out with this Maui Hill unit. The resort itself is clean, low-key, and located right across the street from a decent snorkeling beach. Great walking/jogging path north towards Kihei, or south towards Wailea. You are very short drive to shops at Wailea or tremendous restaurant options in Kihea. The unit itself is upstairs, but just two easy flights up wood steps. The keyless/code entry into front door makes it easy, as long as you don't forget the code. The condo has different furnishings than the timeshare units and some extras left by the owners. Good A/C, and we definitely needed it, in the main living room and upper and lower bedrooms. We easily had our 3 kids sleeping on pull-out couch and blowout mattress (15,20,23) at night which allowed adults to use the bedrooms. Good for parking older people downstairs in bedroom with twin beds, upstairs bedroom if you really crave privacy, downstairs master. Nice deck for morning coffee with garden and Molokini views. Pool and hot tubs clean - but be careful because you need a key to enter or exit, which is understandable, but tough logistically when there is only 1 key. Parking at property was never an issue and it was full at Spring Break. Other nice perks - coffee and coffee filters provided, good fridge and freezer space for your post Kahului Costco run, beach chairs/towels/kids snorkeling gear/rolling cooler ready to go and we used all of them. Some of beach chairs need to be replaced they have been well used. Great laundry setup and some detergent there as well. Basic kitchen needs there in case you need salt, pepper, other spices. All kitchen items pretty much covered - you could essentially cook in every meal if you weren't on vacation and wouldn't lack for equipment. Finally, TV's are great but you need to pay close attention to printed instructions or you have trouble using them. That or bring along at 15 year old to decipher for you. Make sure you are clear on Wifi access. Finally this property has a great vibe and I would strongly consider returning if I rent again on Maui. Very close to Wailea beaches and people are nice and down to earth.
Our first 'destination' family vacation

Eight of us enjoyed this beautiful but comfortable condo for 7 nights in February this year. It was the first 'destination' vacation with my adult sons and their young families, and first plane travel for the children aged 3, 4 and 6. Each family had their own room with bathroom, and the two little girls shared the pull-out couch at night. Everyone felt like they had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped - only complaint was that the toaster was on its last legs and didn't work well. Also provided were ampble beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler etc. We watched humpback whales from the large lanai every morning and late afternoon which was really fantastic! The walk to the pool was a short one, and not long before the kids knew the way. It was also well cared for, with lots of lounge chairs and tables in the shade. The kids swam their hearts out. The runners/walkers in our group enjoyed mornings following the road and beaches towards Kihei town, or into Wailea. When our flight was delayed 10+ hours due to snowstorm at home, the property managers were quickly able to extend our stay an extra day for the same per/day price in my original agreement, so we were able to enjoy an extra day in Maui. Overall a wonderful, memorable experience. Mahalo!

The condo was perfect for 6 adults to have plenty of space and privacy in a large, expansive unit with a beautiful view in a peaceful, private setting. We were able to easily accommodate friends staying in another unit to watch the Super Bowl together. It's very close to Kamaole beach and Kihei for shopping and services, also easy access to resorts at Wailea for dinners. The only slight detractors were that the unit is relatively expensive and they have a strict check in (4 pm) / check out time (10 am) that is out of sync with the standard 2-3 pm check in/11 am check out…if you are coordinating with others, this is a bit inconvenient and awkward, depending on your arrival / departure time. As of Feb ‘23 the Maui airport is a bit of a logistical disaster, so be prepared for longer than expected travel days and need for extra patience.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms gave everyone privacy. We loved the large deck with a view that is priceless! We didn't want to come home!!! Any issue that we had was responded to virtually immediately through the app/website, and service that day. Beach chairs provided, beach towels, etc., provided - which was a nice plus. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, once repaired after 1 day… THANKYOU for providing our family with a great property, great location- and we would love to come back one day!!!

This is the perfect "just right" spot. The location is ideal for exploring SW Maui - halfway from Kihei to Wailea. The communication from Todd and the team was truly outstanding. We had questions, they came right back with answers. The beds were comfy, there was beach equipment to borrow, the pool was fantastic, and the beach was close. We will be back to Maui Hill. Ok, minor quibble, so you know I care, Todd how about a coffee grinder? You have some really nice beans on Maui.

Great reports from previous occupants were accurate. While not on the beach, the grounds across the street from the beach were lovely, the condo was well equipped and worked well for my wife and I, and our daughter and her family of 5. Plenty of beaches to explore and lots of good eateries and shops. The pool was a nice way to relax in after a morning of snorkeling.

Maui Hill is a beautiful resort (grounds) and a great location to Kamaole Beach III and Keawakapu Beach. They are both a 5-10 minute walk, but we sometimes drove with beach gear to both beaches as well. The sunsets are spectacular. There is a nice large pool and there always seemed to be lounges available. The condo itself overall is lovely with plenty of seating. We needed the 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and there are 3 lanais, with the largest one off the living area with a table and chairs and more lounging chairs and rockers. Beach chairs as well as some boogie boards and other beach toys are provided as well. The beach chairs really came in handy. Where the condo was lacking was a limited # of towels, just the minimal amount of kitchen ware and while the sit-on-top counter bathroom basins were pretty, they were so tall, our 5yo grandson couldn't reach to wash his hands or brush his teeth--just something to think about. I found myself, at 5'4", sometimes on tiptoe brushing my teeth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with, but I believe the condo could do with a more thorough cleaning. Maui Hill is a beautiful resort and I would stay again.

Not enough towels for a week and the washer is broken. They measured for a new one while we were here so that will be fixed soon. Plenty of beach gear. We spent plenty of time on the bigger patio. We came as a family with a 3 year old and grandparents. The balcony does have some larger gaps between the bars that a toddler could easily fall through, which we managed easily by blockading with beach gear.

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Hill and the check-in process was smooth. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have three separate bathrooms. The balconies provided a lovely view and we enjoyed watching the wild lovebirds and mynah birds frolicking on the trees and grounds. Swiimming pool and hot tub were great and it was just a short walk down to view the amazing sunsets near 5 Palms at Keawakapu Beach. This condo delivered quite nicely. Clean, plenty roomy for two couples, functioned well. The third bedroom is smaller but does also have its own balcony. The lanai got a bit hot in the afternoon sun but was lovely for the whole morning and for the evening. Kevin was a great host and I would definitely book with someone like him again. First and foremost, the place was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities as listed. Every room had its own ac unit which was nice. The patio was nice as well because we used that area to dry off wet clothes from the beach. Maui Hill keeps you close to the best spots near Kihei and Wailea. A great pool area and well kept landscaping. The place has awesome views of the ocean and you can easily see the whales from the back porch. We had a wonderful vacation and would definately stay here again! This was the perfect location for us as we spend most of our time at the beach and some of Maui's best beaches are just minutes away. We did have some problems with the fridge and cable TV but Kevin and his team quickly addressed the issues. Great location in Wailea. Near some stores and restaurants but not right smack int the center of town with all the traffic. You can walk to beach or park your car easily in beachfront lots. The three bedrooms were very roomy and this unit was completely new inside! I loved the decor and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking large meals- strainers/Tupperware/lots of pans/etc.

I was attending a conference at the Grand Wailea. By staying here, I was able to save a great deal of money over the three rooms I would have needed. I was able to Uber, for the most part, at less than $10 each way. Parking at the Grand Waliea, was otherwise $10.
The place was great. Newly renovated. Spacious. Beach access is probably a quarter mile, maybe a half. We wouldn't definitely stay there again.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had plenty of space to relax in the condo with comfy beds, AC in each room, and a spacious Lana?i overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

The condo property was excellent. The 3 king size beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. There was an additional pull out mattress in the living room which was comfortable and had adequate privacy. We cooked in most meals, using the shared bbq, which worked out great. Our 3yr old had plenty of beach toys and inside toys and books which was very helpful. The beach chairs and umbrellas were so appreciated. Great property in a prime location. Amazing views of the ocean and so easy to walk or drive down to the beach. Perfect for our family of 7 with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Only constructive suggestion is to turn on A/C in the summer before the guests arrive.

Would be 5 stars but the place was not cleaned from the previous guests when we arrived. We were told this was due to cleaners botching the schedule.
However, to the host's credit they did do their best to resolve the issue. We arrived in the late evening and when we raised the issue, the host came to the unit and provided bedsheets (not enough for all the bedrooms so we had to wait for the laundry to finish) and towels. We did appreciate this as it was after midnight. Moreover, the host refunded us the fi
