- How are seats assigned, and is a particular view guaranteed?
- What are the passenger weight, mobility, age, and accessibility requirements?
- Are doors installed or removed, and what clothing or equipment rules apply?
- What happens if weather changes the route or cancels the flight?
Prepare for a variable route
Clouds, wind, rain, visibility, and temporary flight restrictions may change a planned route. A responsible operator may delay, shorten, reroute, or cancel a tour. Treat that flexibility as part of aviation safety, not as a failure to deliver a photographed itinerary.
Secure loose items, follow all preflight instructions, and disclose mobility or health concerns before arrival. Motion sensitivity and noise should also be considered. Ask the operator what hearing protection is provided and whether photography equipment is permitted.
