Recently renovated, the condo is set up for 2 couples or a family of four. Newly tiled throughout, the expansive floor plan (more than 1,000 sf) houses a brilliant brand-new kitchen with granite counter tops and gathering island, and Cherry cabinetry, and every implement and appliance required to prepare and serve your private island feast. Guest gas grills are also close-by on property.
Comfort and convenience are priorities, with new, high-end Sealy mattresses all-around, and upscale tropical furnishings selected from Maui's top showrooms. The work of talented local artists accent the decor. High-speed Wi-Fi, free assigned close-by parking, large flat-screen with cable, and a new, oversized washer-dryer in the condo are among the amenities.
The unit features an air-conditioner in the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom. A luxurious king size bed is in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. There is not an AC unit in the living room area.
Kamaole III Beach is a one minute (or less) walk from the property and features wonderful swimming and snorkeling off the shore. Walk the shoreline trail south as far as the Wailea resorts and watch for sea turtles feasting on the algae alongside. Beach activities and whale watching (in winter season) are practically at your doorstep. And within a few blocks, there are more than a dozen restaurants, coffee and smoothie shops, snorkel rental, convenience markets, and souvenir shopping. Wailea s resorts are less than five minutes away by car.

The unit is great - equipped with all needed cooking supplies, it was very clean, and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and the on-site building manager Lisa was so friendly and kind too. We were in Hawaii to enjoy the beaches but my family may have enjoyed the facility's clean and convenient pool even more! The one thing I'll note is that as described, each bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit. As someone who is not used to window units, it was a little louder than what I'm used to for sleeping, but you get used to it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

House was great and as advertised. Clean, updated and comfortable. AC worked great in both bedrooms as expected, main area got a bit warm but a couple fans were provided to help. All rooms also had ceiling fans which was nice. Lanai was very comfortable and a great view. I wasn't positive what exact equipment was provided and if it would be enough, but we were pleased to see 4 low chairs of good quality, an umbrella (exact same as ones rented at various places) and a good small cooler sufficient for drinks and a few snacks. A couple ice packs too. Toiletries are indeed a starter pack so make sure to bring some or buy more nearby. Pool was very nice as well never too busy, and a comfortable temperature. S. Kīhei road was still closed down the street in front of Kam 2, but it's not that big of a deal to drive around. Probably cut down on road noise and traffic in front anyway. Overall a wonderful stay, good communication, and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - directly across the street from the best family beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with all the essentials. We appreciated the A/C and washer and dryer. The BBQ area is perfect for nights you want to stay in. There was an issue at the complex that required the water be shut off for a short time in our unit but the property manager went above and beyond to keep us informed. The lanai is fantastic and a great place to watch the sunset or listen to the waves at night.

We had a great stay at Maui Parkshore. The lanai was the best that we have experienced in our numerous trips. The condo served our needs very well. Unit was acceptably clean except for the pack n play which was quite stained up from previous users. Not sure if it has been cleaned properly or possibly it has stains that won't remove with normal cleaning.

The park lot is not easy understand when we drove in first time, but follow your landlord instructions. ( traffic bad in the front of building) ; Very convenient inside the apartment. You need explore before you start . It is as your home . Special they have all kinds of kitchen tools, even a rice cooker if you like rice. They have salt, oil, or many seasonings powders. Also, trash bags, clothes washes detergent etc…. Just follow landlord requirements and don't mix colors wash if you need wash towels. They have beach chairs, towels, etc. please bring your own shampoo or hair wash because theirs are not very fitting for you if you have sensitive skin or special requirements. They have bunch of books or card games if you want to stay inside. Balcony views to the sunsets are great! A little noisy because front beach is not private, it is a public park. But you could buy your own charcoal and BBQ side of the beach, or use the apartment gas grill down the building and side of the swimm

Everything about our experience with this property was outstanding! The complex is meticulously maintained including the pool, pool restrooms, outdoor grills, foot/sand washing areas, parking lot, etc. The complex is located directly across the street from a beautiful beach that is safe for play and/or watching sunsets. Our unit was in great condition and was perfectly equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. The two bedrooms had good air conditioning units but the kitchen and living space did not. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you.

This place was everything the listing described and more. It was so clean and well stocked. We have stayed in a fair number of rental condos, and they are all pretty adequate. This unit was above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in most of the time. Although we did not grill out, the grills were very nice and always clean. There were even four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas, all clean and in good working order. The towels were nice quality, both the bath towels and beach towels. The cellphone and internet connection were good. The TVs (living room and each bedroom) worked well and they had great instructions how to use them. The A/C and ceiling fans kept us cool along with the cross ventilationThe manager, Lisa Sue, was very welcoming, she treated everyone like family, personable yet professional. She was always available if we needed anything. She kept everything very clean, the grounds, the pool, the grill, the entryways. The communication from the management company was just enough. We felt well informed yet not pestered. The location was very convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The next time we are in Maui, we will definitely stay here.

This 2 bd 2 ba apartment was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. The parking was tight but there was an assigned parking space off the street. The weather was very cloudy and humid during our stay, so the overhead fans saved the day as the typical Maui breeze was abscent. AC is generally not needed, but the bedroom AC units were a blessing. Very nice pool, friendly on site manager, and fairly quiet. I would love to stay here again, but maybe in September!

We loved our stay in the rental. It was clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The grounds were always clean and well manicured. The property manager was friendly and did a great job answering any questions. The only thing I can suggest is to make the tenants aware that they need to watch and dump the bucket of condensation water behind the master bedroom air conditioner or it will spill/overflow. We would recommend this condo and would stay again.

This condo had everything we were looking for including an excellent location, friendly hospitality, nice, clean accommodations and easy walking distance to beautiful beaches. The soft, sandy beaches are just across the street, easily accessible for snorkeling, boogie boarding, body surfing and suntanning. Fun for teens and adults!! Local shops, boutiques & restaurants were a 1-2 block walk or a quick drive in our jeep up or down the coastline. The condo was very clean & tidy, and well equipped. Woke up to the sounds of waves in the distance and watched the beautiful sunsets from the beaches or the lanai. The evenings were quiet and relaxing. Lisa Sue manages a nice, clean property and is accessible, kind, and very informative! Everything we did was within footsteps or a quick 20 minute drive including a Luau, snorkeling/whale watching trip, farmers markets, walking beach trails, or exploring the National Parks and Lava fields. Beautiful memories were made and I'd highly recommend this unit and location! Aloha!

My fiancée and I came to Maui, with our 19 and 21 year old kids, to get married. This was the perfect place to stay! We had a stunning view of the ocean and park and they were just steps away from our unit. Perfect place to watch the sunset on the beach. Our unit had everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beach towels and chairs. Air conditioning in the bedrooms kept us cool at night. If we were home during the day, we kept the lanai doors and front door open (screen closed) which created a nice little breeze through the unit. We were within walking distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, boat launch, nail salons, and coffee shops. The property manager was super nice. When she found out we got married, she brought us a bottle of wine! The grounds were also immaculate. We saw the manager out every day ensuring the bbq area, pool and parking lots were kept clean. We will definitely stay in this unit again. We plan to come back every year. Thank you for a great vacation.

The only downside is that there is NO AC in the common areas, so the place is HOT in the daytime. The bedrooms, fortunately, are beautifully cooled — although the AC units are loud, so earplugs are helpful.

We were very pleased with everything! The location and ease of parking were especially good. In the unit, the laundry and all other appliances were new and in top shape. We had everything we needed. The bath towels were also new and fluffy (even nicer than some hotels). Would definitely go back! Highly recommend for families with young children. No partying or loud guests. We felt very safe. Finally, property management was very helpful onsite! All common facilities were clean, well-kept and very pleasant.

This was our first visit to Maui. The location was awesome. We explored all of the island but are happy our “home” for the week was in Kihei. Plenty of restaurants and beaches close. The Vacation in Maui was successful. We loved being right across the street from the beach and having the pool right below. We also could walk to restaurants and watch sunsets from the patio. Absolutely happy we booked this place. We have stayed at many places on the island, both VRBO's and hotels. This turned out to be one of our favorites. Location made it so easy to get to the beach, just a walk across the street to Kam III. The place is well equipped with everything you need for a beach day, the place has everything you need to make awesome meals and the view is spectacular. The location made it easy to get to stores, restaurants. The property manager was so detailed and helpful with check in and check out. Love this place!

This location and unit was perfect for our Kihei stay. The unit was recently updated and in fabulous condition. It has a lovely lanai that faced the ocean. The location is located on the 3rd floor. We found the shopping carts and elevator handy for grocery hauls and after a long day at the beach with our gear. The condo location is a quick walk to nearby restaurants and the beach. We only used our car for longer travel destinations. There is an assigned, uncovered parking space. All parking is a tight squeeze so avoid any wide vehicles. This unit had beach chairs, towels, small cooler and a few boogie boards available for our use. There was no beach umbrella but did mention that to management upon departure since it was listed in the supplies (but there were boogie boards that were not listed!) We found the kitchen appropriately stocked for all our needs. The beds were comfortable with lovely sheets. The bedrooms stayed very cool due to individual AC units. These are a bit loud but I've never encountered a quiet one (bring some ear plugs if they bother you). There were only 4 bath towels for the entire unit so we did a lot of laundry during our stay. It would have been nice to have a few extra. We did have a bit of problem with the AC unit in the master bedroom but the management company sent out maintenance and he arrived within 15 minutes of our call. It was quickly figured out and we slept in comfort each night. The main area does get very warm in the evening/night but the lanai doors fully open and there is a sun shade which helps. We did have a few little ants during our stay but that is typical for tropical climates. We kept all food sealed in bags and kept tidy so be sure and stock up on some Ziploc bags. There were some great travel guides in the unit which we used and found helpful. Overall, this is a premium unit and location and I will use it again and again!

Beautiful, but no hot water!

The office is not manned. I had arranged for an hour early check in, couldn't get in, someone was in our designated parking spot and she said we couldn't have it until 4:00pm. Finally the manager called back and we got in 10 minutes early. Speaking of parking -the spaces were so close together that everyone had to get out of the car except the driver to park. One time the card on either side were so close that my husband(driver) had to squeeze out and the force cracked his phone which was in his back pocket. The condo itself was nice and well supplied. Less than a week into our 17 day stay the entire building ran out of hot water. The master bath would get warm water if it was in the afternoon. The guest bathroom which my sister and brother-in-law used never got hot water. This was very, very frustrating. We were also accused via a sign stuck to our door, no direct contact or phone call of smoking, vaping etc. No one in our group has ever smoked! Good thing this was directly across from the beach!

I don't want to say too many amazing things because we want to keep the maui Parkshore secret to ourselves. We've stayed in a few units here and This was our second time staying in this unit, the first time was a handful of years ago when it was fresh on the market. Some gadgets in the kitchen have shown some wear and tear but overall, it's just as it was then. We love the view from the lanai, easy access to the beach and pool, and it's easy to get to many restaurants and grocery stores. Don't get a huge car as the parking lot was made for cars from the 70's. A Jeep Wrangler fits perfectly! We'll be back soon!

Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben, die Fotos stimmen alle! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist sehr gut direkt über die Straße an den Strand, jeden Abend einen Traum- Sonnenuntergang. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt fleißige Hausmeister die sich sehr um Sauberkeit und Ordnung bemühen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles da was man braucht. Als Anregung wäre es noch weiter zu optimieren wenn es mehr kleinere bis mittelgroße Gläser gäbe. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter war sehr freundlich und schnell.

The condo was beautiful with a nice view of the ocean from the third floor. It was clean and in a great location near beaches and restaurants. The assigned parking was a nice feature. Pool was clean and beautiful. The traffic out front was only a minor disruption to the lovely view. A/C in the bedrooms was essential (So great!) for very hot days when we stayed (90F and sunny!). Wonderful stay!!

A great condo and location. We liked that they had laundry in the unit, soap, utensils, dishes, etc. The only thing we didn't like about the property was the air conditioning is only in the two bedrooms and it could get pretty hot in the rest of the unit. We definitely made use of the shade on the porch to shade the afternoon sun. Then we got a friendly reminder from the maintenance guy that the shades need to be lowered at night to prevent wind from damaging them. No biggie. Pool was nice. Good water pressure. We were on the third floor, but the elevator worked well. The included parking was also a nice benefit, as a lot of places charge nightly. Would recommend this unit. Thanks!

When we arrived around 4:10pm the housekeeper was still there. She said the duvet had a large brown spot on it and it was being replaced. When the Duvet arrived she replaced pillow covers as well. I don't know if the lack of cleanliness was because of the problem with the bed that held up the cleaning crew or something else. The inside of the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned, the tile floors were very dirty, the fans in both bathrooms are dirty and the one in the spare has a broken cover, the kitchen towels smell moldy when they get wet and the first morning we noticed that the bottom sheet had a large brown discoloration to it. It was probably the same stain that was on the duvet. I did email the agency that rents the place out twice to let them know about some of the problems and was told they would notify the cleaning staff. Other than that it is a very nice condo with a great view. It is located across the street from the beach which is wonderful! The sunsets are amazing! It is nicely decorated with a good size kitchen stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals. We used the barbecues that are out on the grounds and found them to work well and be clean. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The pool is very refreshing and enjoyable! We really enjoyed our stay and I would give five stars if not for the lack of cleanliness.

We loved our 10 day stay with our family of 4 in this beautiful condo. We easily walked to the beach and local restaurants while we were there. Also, it is centrally located in Kihei (South Maui) so driving to Haleakala, Lahaina in West Maui and the airport was nice. The condo had ample kitchen supplies for cooking during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the lanai every morning. We also made use of the beach chairs, umbrella and towels when visiting the beautiful beach park just across the street. The pool was clean and the maintenance staff did an excellent job taking care of the outside property. We definitely enjoyed our time in Maui and our stay was a memorable one. If and when we go back to Hawaii we would love to stay in this condo again!

We loved our 2 week stay at 307! (May 2-16) The management company were thorough, communicative and able to even provide us with recommendations for baby equipment rental company (which worked out perfectly). Check-in and out were simple and straightforward. The unit was clean, fully equipped and perfectly located. Beds were comfortable and the lanai was incredible in many ways (mostly the view and sunsets). We found it Central enough but nice and quiet. The complex itself is well ran and pristine (pool, grounds and BBQ's). We will be renting from here again if we return! Thank you Maui Parkshore for a memorable vacation!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at this property in Kihei. Location was right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property pool was perfect and very clean. Our two children had a blast swimming every afternoon. I observed the shared community BBQs being cleaned thoroughly each morning (our family has food allergies so this was nice to see). We didn't realize this until half way through our trip, but there are shopping carts in the lobby area to help you get items to your unit. The condo itself was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials (except for a baking sheet). We could not find remotes for the air-conditioning units, which would have allowed access to more settings (such as sleep mode). The ceiling fans in every room were appreciated. We were thankful to have beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a few beach/sand toys. Our only complaints were that the tile floor was obviously vacuumed, but it was filthy and needed mopping. The tower fan in the kitchen was covered in thick dust. We were also missing bath mats in both bathrooms and had to use bath towels for this purpose. Overall we would recommend this property for an enjoyable family vacation!

The master bedroom is great, but if you?re traveling as 2 couples the second bedroom isn?t great as it has 2 single beds. You can push them together but it?s still not ideal. Apart from that, everything else is fantastic and we loved our stay.

Great little condo right across the street from a nice beach park. Just a short drive to many other beaches, shops, food if you feel like exploring a bit. AC in the bedrooms was great, but nothing in the kitchen/living room so it can get a bit muggy. Just turn on the ceiling fan and open the screen door and it's not bad, though. Chest on the lanai has 4x beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall very comfortable stay.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in July and we had a fantastic time! The location in Kihei is a perfect homebase for exploring Maui. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance or within a short car ride nearby. The Lanai overlooks the pool and the ocean across the street. There is a storage chest filled with everything you might need for a day at the beach- including towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The beach across the street was one of our favorites- calmer for families.

The condo is newly remodeled and very clean inside, and although the complex is dated, it's quiet, clean, and very well kept. The bedrooms are quite small, which is always hard to tell from the photos. There is no place to store paddle boards, kayaks, etc which other places often have. Great location! We love Kihei and have stayed at many Airbnbs and this one is definitely one of the better values. I will say that we have a one year old so having no rug over the hard laminate in the living area was a little scary especially with the glass table/lampstands but not a deal breaker! We weren't there much anyway!

This location is amazing, and the view from the unit is equally as amazing! The unit was clean, and has everything you would possibly need from dishes, coffee maker, washer and dryer, to beach towels and chairs! The instructions for check in and check out we?re super easy to follow, and since everything was so simple I didn?t have to contact the hosts once during our stay which was great because it made it feel like the place was our own. Comfortable and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb in Kihei. It?s a stone through away from the more ?affluent? and pricy Wailea so there?s definitely value for money in this spot.
The restaurants are varied and decent and the beaches are great, just across the street for additional ease and comfort.
We had a small issue with a non-existing air conditioning unit in one bedroom but it was rectified and now both bedrooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in.

The condo has a great location in Kihei, with easy access to the Kamaole beaches (Kam III is right across the street) and other parts of the island. The Maui Parkshore complex is well cared for too. The pool and grill area are kept clean. The condo has recently been renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. A/C in the bedrooms is key during the hotter months. The unit is well-stocked with cookware and other items for a longer stay. Kevin and his staff are flexible and easy to work with.

It doesn't get any better than this location, patio view and condo. You literally walk across the street and you are on an amazing beach with turtles, fish and soft sand. I wanted something close enough to the beach so we could just walk to it. The beach across the street is great! There are turtles there, tide pools, and mini rock reefs all around for easy snorkeling. We loved our stay at this 2 bedroom unit that was located within easy driving distance from the various beaches, shopping areas and sights. The neighbors were all very friendly and generous with their suggestions on things to do and see. We particularly appreciated the beach chairs, noodles and cooler located in the storage bin on the balcony. Many early mornings were spent on the balcony with views to Kamaole Park III and the ocean beyond that.

Two generously sized bedrooms in a spacious apartment in a building where everything - the beach, the ocean, the pool, shopping, dining and tours - are all a short walk away. Kevin has thought of everything. This place is fully outfitted to a high standard. All services work well and the details are covered right down to 4 beach chairs, boogie board and sand shovel & pail for the kiddies. You just bring friends, family and food and you're set.

The location across the location across from the beach was amazing. The proximity to some of the little stores in Kihei was also fantastic. The condo had everything we needed other than in the afternoon it got a little warm. Make sure to lower the shade on the balcony to help protect the living area from some of the afternoon sun. We really enjoyed our family vacation In Maui. We choose two different locations. One in Kaanapali and this condo in Kihei. It was well stocked with essentials, the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the floors, our feet were black from just a few hours. Our towels were very dingy and really should be replaced. Also the water to our unit was shutoff 1 morning, fortunately we were out that morning but we had to rush that morning getting ready and making coffee before 8am. Not ideal.
