We are staying at this complex for the third time, and we love it. These apartments have a number of advantages: they are close to the beach + you can have dinner and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the sunset. Among the disadvantages, the furniture is a bit outdated (kitchen and living room).

The communication was excellent. The property was located in the perfect spot on the island. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The view of the ocean was spectacular to wake up to every day. I loved having a designated parking spot. All the amenities needed were there. Coffee filters, beach towels, blow dryer etc. The shower was nice and hot/warm with great water pressure. The unit was very clean and spacious! I would absolutely book here again!

A wonderful location with an ocean view from the balcony. The sunsets were amazing! My family loved the pool. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed . The stove has been updated from the photos we viewed, a pleasant surprise. We will definitely return there again.

Great property. Only issues: no TV or chest of drawers for clothes in main level bedroom, needs a new couch and chair in the living room. They are pretty old and lumpy. Lastly waaaay too many TV remotes to operate 1 TV. Needs to all be programmed into 1 remote. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Our stay at Vacation Maui (Maui Kamaole) was incredible. From the Lanai overlooking Kamaole beach, to the easy access to all the South side beaches you could dream of, we will absolutely be booking again here for our next trip to the island. It was perfect for our family of 3, but could easily accommodate a family of 4 or 5 with the 2 beds and additional airbed in the closet with provided linens. The kitchen had everything you could need for breakfast, lunches, and dinners at home, and it was a perfect respite for a midday lunch between our trips to the beach in the AM and PM. Thank you for an amazing time and sharing your home-away-from-home with our family and the AirBnB community. Look no further!

Great location! Had what we needed. Was maybe a bit small for our family of 2 adults and 3 young kids esp because the 2nd bed is not in an enclosed room but on a loft (which is shown in photos). Also this is on the 2nd floor and with our 3 young kids we got some noise complaints from the lower level because of the sensitive floor, which wasn't great. But overall it's a good place to stay and was very clean. Views are great.

Awesome place to stay. There were a couple broken furniture items that I informed about and they immediately had them fixed. I thought the place could have been cleaned better, (showers, bedding, all furniture was dirty) I took care of that, no biggie for me, but I'm sure there's a lot of people who would find that unacceptable. Close to beach, eating places and shopping. We had a wonderful and good, dandy fine and great time and stay in this condo. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Maui. The place was clean and very well decorated. We enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai each morning. The unit was walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and beaches. It was also a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. We really enjoyed the 2 pools on the property. The pool nearest the unit was very quiet and relaxing and the pool a little further from us was very kid friendly and fun. There is nothing more refreshing than a dip in the pool after a relaxing day at the beach! Great vacation! We will definitely stay here again.

Property in rundown aged state. Shower drain plugged. Couch and chair set uncomfortable, not enough seating for 4 adults to sit inside and visit . Outside deck furniture cushions not water repellant absorbed rain water and could not be used for days until dry. Outdoor deck furniture bulky, and crowded deck. Beach furniture in broken state, half not functional umbrella and chairs etc. Inside lighting very poor not adequate for reading. Main room dark. Dishes an assortment of mixed up flatware and plates etc. Shag carpet floor although recently replaced poor choice in writers opinion. Beds linen and towels good! Poor value for high rates Hawaii is now commanding. Would not return.

We loved the view from the balcony! Fun for whale watching (with binoculars), the sunsets were a daily routine! The second floor loft was beautifully remodeled, my husband and I would have selected to use it however, it lacked privacy thanks to being open to the living room, our friend enjoyed it. The high price of this unit should justify the following recommended upgrades to the main floor: deep tile grout cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, replacing the toilet seat, deep cleaning of the front load washing machine, replacing the dining table on the patio with a smaller one (impossible to move around), repairing the wobbly kitchen faucet. More expensive updates are changing the dark weathered granit countertop, replacing the stove and/or upgrade to new stainless steel appliances and living room furniture. The very strict 4:00 check in policy needs more flexibility (our unit was vacant the day before we arrived, yet, we could not access it until 4:00). It was a wonderful vacation overall, Kihei is a beautiful place!

The beautiful sunset views from the lanai and the walking distance to the beach made up for the dated decor. Unit felt more spacious than other Maui condos we had stayed in, though it definitely had that rental feel and was a little worn. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept and the pools and hot tubs were very nice. We really appreciated the assigned and dedicated parking spot right out front of the unit. No flexibility on check in and check out times is the standard messaging from the management group. But they were very proactive and thorough in the email and text communication.

We took our college-aged granddaughter and her friend for a week in Maui and picked this condo for its location: walking distance to beaches (with life guards) and shopping/restaurants. Wow, the location was great and everything we wanted. We are nature lovers and spent each morning and evening on the lanai, watching birds, whales and sun-sets. The condo itself was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great to have lots of beach towels, chairs & an umbrella - thanks!!

The unit was in a very good location but needs an update . Many items were not there.. vegetable peeler , first aide kit. The sun awning on the main lanai was torn and unusable. The other lanais should have been cleaned when I contacted the management company , but they were not. The main bedroom and the guest bedroom were fine but the living room couch looked worn and dirty. There are no windows in the entire unit , only the doors leading to the lanai , so there is only one view of the ocean., to the side . The other two lanais overlook the parking area. The rugs leading to the unit were filthy as was the chair on the back lanais ( yes .. one single dirty chair) This unit could definitely use some TLC

The condo was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean and quiet location on the top floors. Landscaping was beautiful and we had an amazing view of the ocean from the front deck. Much to do within walking distance or a short couple mile drive with food, shopping, and the local live music bar scene just down the road but far enough to be quiet in the condo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The deck storage had excellent extras with body boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a couple of food coolers. We were lol definitely stay here again.

The place is built well and you could not hear any neighbors so it was quite. The patio has a closet full of beach stuff that made the stay enjoyable. Reason I took off one star. It was the grossest shower curtain I've ever seen. It was pink with black spots. Good thing there was a washer on site so I washed it. Appliances need routine maintenance done on them. The dishwasher was not attached to the countertops. All AC units had full filters that I emptied. The bowl like sink in the main bathroom had an old seal so it would leak onto the countertop. I had family stay here about 6 months ago and they said they notified Todd about it and it's still not fixed. Which explains the lack of care with the place. Would I book it again? Apart from some annoying things explained earlier, we did enjoy our stay and it's in a great location. Yes we would book this place again and hope that the things I mentioned here get taken care off.

We had an amazing time in Kihei! Todd and Kevin did an excellent job with sending out information and the process for getting to hawaii due to covid. They were super helpful when we needed suggestions for things to do. When we needed some minor things addressed with the condo, they were right on top of it.
The location is perfect. Amazing sunset right from the lanai. Right across the street from two fantastic beaches with great snorkeling and boogie boarding. Absolutely would stay here again!

Loved this unit. We had a couple issues but they were rectified extremely quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend this unit. We even left a couple box fans for those like ourselves who are used to sleeping with the extra noise/circulation. Pool was gorgeous and hot tub was actually hot (surprisingly many are not from my experience).

This was the trip of a life time as my wife and is took my 81 year old father back to the islands where he served in the Navy back when he was 17. The condo was clean and well maintained making the trip that much better.
Two maintenece issues:
The dishwasher is not properly anchored. When you pull out the tray to load dishes, the entire unit tilts forward. This could be a big safety issue.

This was a beautiful ocean view condo in Maui. We had a wonderful time. The beach equipment was a nice extra. The condo was clean an spacious and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants.

Great new and clean condo on the south end of Kihei with a parking spot right out front. Super convenient to the boat ramp and beach right across the street. It?s a great value, and we would definitely return. Do note that the condo community seems more geared towards adults with rules prohibiting most pool play and associated noise for families with younger kids.

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Maui and Hawaii! We stayed for a week and loved the on-property pools and the proximity to the beaches. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our only issue was that the water pressure in the showers is a bit low, but that wasn?t a big deal.

Unit location was awesome, right in the heart of S Kihei. Loved the vaulted ceilings and lay-out of unit...felt very airy. I appreciate the A/C in all of the rooms. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and private lanai. The main lanai off living room was HUGE and had the most incredible sunset views. We came during xmas break...along with EVERYONE else who decided to travel to Maui...which made booking dinner reservations and activities a challenge. We couldn?t have asked for a better place to stay. Great location in Maui with a wonderful patio view that we took advantage of every day. Stylish, homey place with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Short distance to amazing beaches and a convenient parking spot right beneath the unit. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We are so glad we ended up here and would love to come back again in the future!

Kevin was great at getting back to us. The place is exactly as advertised. It's in a nice quiet complex near some great beaches. Check-in is easy and the view is great. The complex does have a lot of rules around noise (including at the pool) for both kids and adults so you may want to bear that in mind if you want to let everyone loose.

This place was amazing. The location is great, the amenities are great and there is plenty to do in the area or a short drive away. There are tons of shops and eateries less than a half mile away in either direction. There are three grocery stores within a five mile radius as well as more places to eat and shop including Outback Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, Huli Huli Chicken & Ribs and several other chain places. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we found the place was not yet cleaned up and readied for us due to some miscommunications with the host and cleaners. However, as soon as we got in touch with someone the situation was promptly addressed and we later walked into a very clean and welcoming place. I didn't want to bring this up since the later results were exceptional, but I did want others to know how Kevin owned up to the issue and took care of it promptly. All was forgiven and we had the best stay

This condo is spacious and offers great views. The pool is close by and the office staff are great too. We had an initial problem with some pests and some areas that weren't as clean as we had hoped, however Kevin sent a crew right away to deal with these things. Thanks for a nice stay.

Such a perfect spot, beach is right out the door, several trails for running as well. Not as busy/much traffic at kihei a couple miles north.

The rental was in a perfect location for a week long stay - we had 2 couples and 2 young children. The space was perfect as the kids loved the comfortable pullout sofa bed and the parents were able to have a separate space but still in same area as the kids, and the non-parent couple had a door to separate the space. The kids loved being right across from the beach and went every morning, and plenty of restaurants within walking or short car ride. It was central to everything we wanted to do on the island .

Nice view and handy access to Kamaole III beach. The retractable awning on the front lanai really helps keep the place cool. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. My only reservation is the upstairs bedroom is a loft and the attached bathroom has no door. We would stay here again.

We have stayed in the Maui Kamaole condo complex four times. We love it because the location is perfect - especially in the G building where you have a view of the ocean from your lanai, and a quick walk to the beach or the lower pool/hot tub. This unit worked for our family (four adults, two kids), though a few things were not as advertised. Kevin and Todd we?re great. Checking in was a breeze thanks to directions emailed to us a day before we even arrived. The condo had spectacular ocean views from the front balcony with beautiful sunsets. The interior of the condo was a little worn, however; was not a issue to us as I?m sure it see?s a lot of traffic. Would definitely stay here again on our next vacation to beautiful Maui.

The condo was great. Looked exactly as advertised. The property managers Todd and Kevin were really great to work with and were very quick to help out and respond super quick. We had a great experience. We had some ants get into the upstairs bathroom, but Todd and Kevin respond quickly and had some bait traps set up. We loved our 7 night stay here. From the lanai we had a view of wonderful sunsets over the ocean, we were close to walk to the sandy Kameole beaches, and a short drive from the Ulua Beach with it?s fantastic 1.5 mile scenic boardwalk. Nice to be able to use the condo?s beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. 2 good pools, one of them with a waterfall and tropical vegetation. What a lovely view! The space is wonderful and tastefully decorated. The grounds of the complex are very nice. There is a cute little beach just across the street that hosts a few sea turtles every night. I highly recommend.

Kevin's place is in an amazing location. Perfect to explore the island. The complex has two pools (we preferred the upper pool) and he provides everything needed for a fun day on the beach or pool. It was really a great vacation for us. The location is close to the best beaches and excellent in the middle of the island to start trips to Hana, Kapalua or to the top of Haleakala. The apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and includes beach gear as well. Thanks a lot Kevin

My friend and I just spent 8 nights here and I would stay here again. The place is exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for all. The lanai has a nice view of the ocean, along with comfy furniture. Our time at the beaches were made easier with the availability of boogie boards, beach chairs, straw mats, and beach towels. This property was just as it looked in the photos, the beautiful view from the lanai was much much better than the photo portrayed.My husband enjoyed spending quality time on the lanai each morning as he felt it was peaceful and relaxing here.The property is decorated to a high standard with some beautiful furniture and traditional Hawaiian art work.The beds were huge and exceptionally comfortable it was fully equipped with everything you need.We had great fun on the body boards and the parasol and cool box
