Ok, this place is gorgeous! The unit has two king beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, etc. That's all great, but we spent most of our time on the lanai with sweeping views down the beach and across to molokini and kaho'olawe, at the clean and well sized pool, or at the beach itself with soft comfortable sand and a nice area to swim.
You're tucked between Kihei and Wailea, so you are a few minutes drive from all the best restaurants in the area.
We couldn't have been happier with our vacation; our thanks to the owners and management for making the place available and so comfortable.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Clean, comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves can't be beat. Great location convenient to restaurants, beaches and other sights. The view is unbelievable. We rented snorkel equipment and boogie boards from the shop downstairs and enjoyed some really good snorkeling at the reef out front. The beach is also a great one - we didn't realize how nice of a beach it would be until we arrived. The building and its amenities were also well kept. 5 stars!

This AirBnb was beautiful. Location was perfect and was a short drive to restaurants or other places in both Kihei and Wailea. We were a little worried about the pool being too small before getting there but it was perfect. Between the beach being right there, the grassy area, and the pool, there was plenty of room for everyone and didn't feel crowded at all. Both the room and grounds were very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we come to Maui.

Great location near Wailea resorts/restaurants, central Kiehei, and the beach at Keawakapu is fantastic. The room has a wonderful ocean view and the lanai is spacious -- we ended up spending most of our time in the room there. leaving the sliding screen doors open at night allowed the (loud!) sound of the waves in, which is always a pleasant experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need in general, though we mostly used only the cups and coffee maker. The only negative was that it would have been great if the on-site restaurant was open, but I understand it will hopefully re-open sometime later in the Summer 2025.

A wonderful property with amenities right in the building. Gorgeous beach outside the door perfect for snorkeling. Also a great lawn area with shade to move into later in the day when hot. Walk to restaurants and shops. Very family friendly, so some children noises if you choose to sleep with the window open to hear the waves. Not a big deal though.

My husband and I took our two sons on a week long vacation in Kehie at this condo. I loved this location. The resort is very well maintained. Everyone we crossed paths with were friendly and kind. This town is so beautiful and nice. I didn't ever feel worried or unsafe. The beach is so close and the water is calm. If you want big waves drive down to Mākena and go to big beach. That was a ton of fun! This condo had everything we needed and everything was great!! Thank you again!!

The condo is on the beach, and the view is spectacular. There is a pool and a general store on the premises. So you can spend your entire day there. If laying on sand isn't your thing, there is a lawn and lawn chairs. The condo provided beach chairs and and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

This was probably our best vacation ever. The location was everything. We were able to sit back and relax daily on the lanai and watch the ocean all day. We could hear the gentle waves all night. We were able to take the elevator down and walk right out to a beautiful beach and pool. We were able to swim easily at the beach and there was a reef right next to it for snorkeling. I never felt the need to go to any other beach. We saw many fish and sea turtles while snorkeling. I also rented a kayak from the property which was awesome. We were there on the 4th of July and had prime viewing of fireworks launched from a boat and many locals came out and did the smaller fireworks on the beach. It was super fun! The condo was clean and well-appointed with comfy beds. The three TVs were a bonus for my family.

For over 20 yrs my husband and I have stayed nearby. Never could afford Mana Kai but always looked longingly. K. beach our favorite. I brought his ashes this trip and he went out on a stand up board. Then I put our working class condo on Kenolio Rd. on the market. Probably my last trip and it has been beautiful.

Stayed here for 2-weeks with my wife and two kids. The location is terrific and right on the beach. Views are gorgeous. Think the living room furniture needs updating and the condo staff seem to welcome people more that book directly with them versus someone booking through a 3rd party which isn't the owners fault at all. Didn't like the change the pool and restroom code everyday as it would be nice if they texted you the new code versus having to wait until 9 am to get the new code. The beach does allow public access so can get busy. Tracy at the conceirge is amazing.

First off the booking process with Vacation-Maui and Ian and Todd was seamless. They were happy to answer many questions before we arrived and to check in during our stay as well all of our requests. The unit itself is complex of Mana Kai is literally 100 yards or less from the beach with tremendous views of the ocean. The unit #410 is meticulously kept and very comfortable with using both A and B for our stay. We highly recommend this management team and Mana Kai Unit 410 !!

From the moment we walked in and saw our view from the lanai until the day we checked out our stay was amazing. The property is beautiful, very well kept, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they even have an adorable kitty. Our unit had everything that we needed to make our stay relaxing and fun. The location is perfect and only a short distance to restaurants and shopping. We have never been for to Mana Kai for whale watching season until this trip. It was a wonderful time and we went on several whale watching trips. We could also see whales spouting right from the beach at Mana Kai. We went out in kayaks from Mana Kai and saw whales as well. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation!

I chose this place based on its location and reviews and it did not disappoint. The beach is long, clean, and stunning and literally down the elevator, just past the pool and the grass. Right there. The water is pristine and even on the windiest days, the waves were manageable for the kids. The reef right next to the building was perfect for snorkeling and although I went 5 times to that same reef, I never got bored. There's a shop for renting snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc which wasn't fancy but they had what we needed and it was really cheap. The 808 General Store had just opened and getting new items every day. The have some pantry items, snacks, gifts, drinks, charcuterie items, ice cream and some beer on draft and were just getting fresh fruit and salads. Really lovely people in there. The pool was incredibly clean (and very warm!) and it was maintained everyday. The beach is home to a lot of locals that we saw walking every morning. It didn't feel super touristy which was nice. The room itself felt like an apartment with adequate seating and sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals which we did most of the time. Plenty of towels for the beach and for the rooms. It was overall very cozy. The beds were really really soft so my back was a little achy but sleeping with the sound of the waves in Hawaii made it all worth it. The lanai faced the ocean and was perfect for all of our meals as long as we weren't eating late for dinner because there is no lighting out there. This was our first time in Maui and I feel like we had the perfect spot! It's about a mile from the shops and restaurants in Kihei so you don't feel like you're in the middle of too much stuff. And it's about 1.5 miles from the fancy hotels in Wailea so between those two areas, you can get everything you need without being with all the other people. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. If you want to come to Hawaii and really really relax, this is the spot.

Our family of 4 (including 6 and 4 year olds) loved our stay in this unit. The lanai views are great. The easy access to both beach and pool was great for traveling with young ones. Kihei is a great town with so many great dining options, and you're super close to Wailea if you'd like a bit more upscale dining options. We enjoyed outings to Surfing Goat Dairy, Ocean Vodka Farm (amazing views and food), Maui Ocean Center (awesome aquarium), Pride of Maui Sunset Cruise ... all of these are about 30 min away. We would definitely stay here again once the on-property restaurant, bar and general store are back in operation.
The beach is the only thing going for this place.

The beach and the view from the room is great! Everything else was not great! I'll start with the coin laundry, they made all of our clothes smell awful, they need to be cleaned or upgraded. The views from the lanai were great, the issue was that there were people smoking cigarettes and weed on the lanai. Makes it unusable for us. We thought and hoped only for one day but it ended up being everyday for the last 5 days of our trip. One morning it was for 3 hours straight. We were told that the restaurant would be undergoing renovations but it turns out that it is closed for good and the deli was also closed for good. None of this was mentioned. No option to grab food or drinks on the property at all, this should have been mentioned. Lastly and not least, all of the sinks backed up and were unusable on Father's Day. We had to leave the unit and were unable to make our meals as planned. No hand washing, cooking, washing dishes, etc. The front desk told us, yes this is a very known issue you must contact the folks you rented from. We spent Father's Day trying to get in touch with folks to fix our sinks. When they did, someone came out and left a note that said " I Don't think the sink is fixed but if you use the disposal while running water it drains." Yes, that was true but also makes all the bathrooms sinks fill up. The was a huge waste of time. Finally they sent a real plumber and it was handled but that should've been the case 10 hours earlier. It pains me to leave a poor review but honestly these issues really impacted our trip. I would not return to this property. :(

We had a wonderful vacation and were very satisfied with the condo. The view, location and value were great. The building was well -run and maintained. It was nice to have snorkel, etc equipment rentals on-site. Would've liked to have had the availability of the general store, bar and restaurant as advertised but were okay without it. We enjoyed happy hour & sunset on the grassy area almost every night. We used the laundry facilities twice and were pleased with the ease and convenience of it. The chairs and umbrella were also a plus. We didn't use the cooler, too big, and would've used a smaller, soft-sided cooler if it was available. Only regret-that we didn't stay longer!

Mana Kai offers a great location for someone to wake up and enjoy a perfect Maui beachfront view. Enjoy meals on your private lanai looking at Molokini and the beach. The grounds were very well kept and offer a great option of sitting beachside on a grassy lawn. The staff works hard to maintain the grounds and it shows. Gas grills are offered as an additional cooking option next to the lawn area- allowing for your own beachside barbecue. There are great restaurants with multiple price points all within a short drive. The condo comes with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic relaxing vacation near Wailea.

Hands down our favourite property that we have stayed at in Maui. The location can't be beat. The unit is located right on one of Maui's nicest beaches with something for everyone. There's coral for snorkelling, lots of stretches of long sandy beach for the budding castle builders and a very nice heated pool for evenings. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed for our two weeks in Maui. As an added bonus the two king sized beds gave us lots of room for sleeping after long days on the beach and pool. Todd the property manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very quick to respond to questions and address any issues we had. He graciously allowed us extra time at check out after our flight got delayed. I can safely say that this unit will be at the top of our list for our next visit.

Having a beachfront property that has snorkeling, boogie boarding, turtles, fishing, SUP and an amazing beach to enjoy was exactly what our family needed. Nestled right between Kihei and Wailea my family (2 kids and 2 adults) had the time of our lives. We stayed for two weeks so we got to know the condo.
It was only my husband & me, we rented a 2 BR because he was going to need to be on calls several hours very early (starting at 4am) most days. The 2nd bedroom is completely sound proof from the rest of the condo. I could only hear him talking if I put my ear up to the door! Lots of privacy for this room. The down side of this BR is that the windows face the outside hall & parking lot. We aren't big users of air-con, preferring to leave the windows open

Had a 12 day stay in this unit and found everything in great shape. Todd was very responsive to a quick repair need so no complaints. Always love the Mana Kai for a beautiful and relaxing get away.

We were at the Mana Kai 14 years ago (different unit) and knew we had to come back! We love the views, the ease of getting on (and off) the beach, the restaurant and amenities, and the setup of the 2-bedroom units - it's a perfect place to stay with a family. Unit 410 was updated, clean and well-equipped, and working with Todd was an absolute pleasure. He was friendly and responsive to my many questions during the craziness of the COVID restrictions. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, with on-site restaurant, store, rentals, beach, and pool. Well equipped with beach towels and chairs and kitchen supplies. All appliances worked. Closet doors a bit sticky. Friendly staff.

We had an absolutely amazing stay - the perfect finish to our long vacation. We spent our last 5 nights (of a 16 night stay on Maui) at Mana Kai 410. We could not have asked for a better location. This unit was everything it stated in the description. The property manager was very communicative when I emailed several questions prior to our stay.

We have stayed at the Mana Kai many times due to the fabulous location on the beach with snorkling steps away. The accommodations are not luxury which is why I don't rate it 5 stars.
410 is close to the elevator and mid building. If you go to bed early and have the doors to the lani open (a wonderful feature) you may get some crowd noise as it is the 4th floor. The kitchen is very nice and updated. My main suggestions for improvements would be replacing the sheer curtains. They are quite dingy. And adding

Loved the location more and more throughout the week. Its a 20 minute walk down the beach to the best of the hotel restaurants and shopping in Wailea, and a 3 minute drive up S. Kihei road to the very fun, casual, laid back restaurants and bars of Kihei. It felt like a residential resort, which is pretty much exactly what it is. Low key, unpretentious, and very nice. Great views of the beach. The beach was wonderful! One of the best on Maui. Convenient location to great restaurants. Rent a car so you may get around the island easier. If you want to eat at the 5 palms restaurant on site, make a reservation, you will get better seating and happy hour perks. Great kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and cleansers! The location is perfect for the relaxation we deserved. At night, we opened the sliding glass doors and listened to the ocean waves. The beach is only steps away. It is perfect for watching sunrise or sunset. You can swim there and do some snorkeling. You can take long walks on the beach if desired. There?s a convenient store on the main level. We stayed at Kevin?s place for our first trip to Maui. We received an email prior with some helpful tips which we appreciated. The check in process was easy and the place was clean. We decided to go to Maui at the last minute. This 2 bedroom/2 bath with sweeping ocean views seemed to good to be true but we booked it. By day 2, we were looking at what weeks we could book it again this summer. It?s lovely to have a restaurant & a mini-market attached to the property.
It was perfect for our family of four but probably too small for four adults to rent, to be honest.

The location is perfect for whale watching from your lanai, easy access to a spectacular beach, lounging at the pool, or visiting restaurants and shops in Kihei and Wailea. We couldn?t ask for more. The condo is exactly as depicted and management was easy to work with and responsive to our requests. The only downside is that the living area of these units is a bit small for 4 adults but fortunately our weather was beautiful so we were outside most of the time.
