We had a fantastic stay in Maui at the Kihei Beach Condominium! The location couldn't have been better—Centrally located and right on the beach with breathtaking sunset views straight from the balcony every single evening. Whenever the afternoon heat and humidity kicked in, the air conditioning kept everything crisp and comfortable. Sugar Beach Bakery and an ABC store right across the street, so who needs to drive anywhere.

This was our 2nd visit to the complex. This unit is beautiful and has all you need to stay comfortably, cook (or not), great ice maker, beach gear for two and plenty towels. The 180 view is absolutely beautiful. The ABC store across the street is now closed but there are other stores down the road. Will definitely return.

Sunsets on the lanai were magical! Whale could be seen breaching in the distance all day. The condo was in the perfect central location on the island with the farmer's market, Sugar bakery and Ululani's right across the street. The property is well maintained and generally quiet allowing for relaxing moments at the pool or lounging by the beach. We contacted the managment team about an alarm coming from the water filter and it was addressed within the day. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Unit was prepared for our arrival and amenities were good.Only reason not providing a 5 star rating is on the day of our arrival and entering the unit there was a not posted on the door of a potential flood warning that would have shut down the parking lot and road to this unit and we were not made aware of this prior to arrival. I would highly recommend this ABnB. The condo is right on the ocean with powdery walkable beach (a rarity in the Islands) right in front of the condos. I have very sensitive feet but I was walking barefoot on Kihei beach every day. It is delightful to sit out on the balcony & watch & hear the Ocean as if you are standing on the beach. This Condo is very well equipped & has just about everything you could need for a stay. Kitchen is superbly equipped & there are plenty of good quality towels etc. All in all you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay in this Condo.

The furniture both in and out is worn. If you are only using it for sleeping it's great if you are like us and want to sit outside or inside later at night you will need to use pillows to make the furniture comfortable

The code for check in worked right at 4:00 pm as instructed without any issues. The unit was clean. The king bed and pillows were comfortable. There are plenty of dresser drawers and hangers provided too. We were both able to shower and get ready in our own bathroom as there are two here. There are plenty of towels and wash cloths provided too. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit so we could avoid doing laundry at home but instead brought clean clothes home. We also appreciated having a blender to make our fruit smoothies every morning just like we do at home. There are lots of good restaurants and a grocery store within a few miles. There was even a farmers market with fresh produce and baked goods most days across the street. As others have said, the view from the balcony is spectacular, we enjoyed the mornings and nights we were able to sit for a while and stare at the sky change colors while soaking in the views.

Wonderful condo and location. Beautiful kitchen and lanai as well as common area by the pool. Bed was comfortable and unit was quiet. Everyone was super nice and responsive. Loved location and views. Wil be back! One thing to note is barbecue area is on the side of the parking lot and not by the beach like other rentals, so if you're hoping to bbq with a view not the place for you.

We had a fantastic time with our stay at this unit. It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to enjoy Maui! The kitchen was perfect with all the items you need for stay at home meals. We had no issues with the unit other than the outdoor light on the lanai was not working. The team at Vacation Maui took care of it immediately by bringing in an electrician and the light fixture was replaced. After that we enjoyed many meals after sunset using the new light fixture with its adjustable setting. The view is excellent to enjoy the morning ocean activity and certainly the sunsets in the evening. We definitely would love to stay here again. Vacation-Maui was great to work with as they were very quick to answer any questions and helped us along the way right from original booking.

We loved staying here! The location was great, walked across the street to the farmers market/ABC store almost every day. They also have great shaved ice across the street! We utilized the pool a lot and it was nice to have the sandy beach steps away for morning walks. Highly recommend!

For far less than the price of a resort, we had an incredible stay right on the ocean. Every day, meals on the balcony with the waves crashing right in front of us. Next door was a welcoming canoe club where we were able to try a visitor session. Across the street, a little shop, coffee, shave ice, and a farmer's market. The condo itself is spacious and comfy. We felt right at home and made use of the full kitchen and the washer/dryer. Neighbors said hello and were friendly and welcoming. We spent most of the trip congratulating each other on this great find!

Our 10 days of peace and quiet were heavenly! Great driving directions and local suggestions. This lovely condo has most of the amenities of home, with breathtaking views from nearly every room. We took full advantage of the kitchen, and having beach chairs and an umbrella was a wonderful plus. We loved walking across the street for shave ice, fresh veggies, bakery items, and an ABC store, and the location made exploring everywhere on the island a snap. We look forward to returning!

Don't Rent This Condo!

I don't want you to rent it so it's available for us the next time we visit! This is the first time we've stayed on this side of the island due to the fires. We've always stayed on the West side of the island over the last 25 years. This condo is very nicely decorated and VERY WELL supplied. It's very centrally located and easy to get anywhere rather quickly. The Sugar Beach Bakery is right across the street to get coffee or morning treats too. The ABC Store is convenient if you need to grab something you forgot or need and don't want to drive. The Lanai is fantastic for evening sunsets and very private. A view of which you'll never get tired. It's on the top floor (6th) so you have a very good vantage point. Lots of beach out front for your morning and evening walks, or just to go for a swim. We are pretty picky about the places we stay and we REALLY enjoyed this unit. So again, please do not rent this unit so it's available for us again soon! I can't really think of any down sides. We unfortunately had roof workers repairing the roof of our condo our entire trip which was inconvenient, but not the condo's fault. We got to know the workers pretty well and they were all nice guys. When you come you'll have a nice new roof above you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious for two though could be a little tight for four using the pull out sofa. The property managers were extraordinarily responsive to our one issue. We spent 2 weeks in this unit and it has a lot going for it. The ocean views are lovely, there is very easy access to the beach, and it is in a convenient location. Having a bakery, a farmers market stand, and an ABC store across the road is a nice bonus. The complex is relatively small and quiet. The complex/pool is a little dated, but the unit itself is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The bed is comfortable as is the furniture. We did have some issues with the unit while we were there, but the management team dealt with them as efficiently as possible and we were satisfied by how they handled things, and how it was resolved. Sometimes issues arise, but it how they are dealt with that really make the difference. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others who are planning a stay in Kihei. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected emergency at home that required that we leave 2 days earlier than expected, and at the last minute. We were disappointed to not be able to spend those last 2 days enjoying our time there.

Nice size building. Great ocean views. Comfortable condo. Somewhat hard to connect with property manager. Tried several times for a unit leak. Turned off water a few times with no notice. Would be nice to have cleaning at least once with long stays, as limited cleaning supplies on site. Grounds clean daily. Loved the view and easy beach access. Would definitely rent at this location again.

This property made it an awesome stay in Kihei. The condo unit was extra clean and beautiful as advertised. We had a few bags on this trip and the location of this condo made easy to drop off and re-load. It was warm all week and the AC made it very comfortable. The communication with the owner of this property was great. He answered all questions promptly and made sure our stay was perfect. The location of this property was near the beginning Kihei beach which we walked every morning. The beach front views and sunsets were just awesome and the best part that it was across the street from Ululani Shaved Ice. This property is super quiet and the amenities in every room is all you could ask for and more. The elevators that we used everyday to / from the property was okay, it only had one elevator. The parking outside was free and easy; tight spaces at times. The only down of this property is that when the wind kicks up in afternoon it gets a little rough on the balcony. All said and done ... a 5 star stay. Thanks Todd!

My wife and I booked this unit for 8 days and we're so impressed with the unit! Not only was it clean and super comfortable to call home for 8 days, but it's also in a great location on the island with TONS of things right within a short 10-15 minute drive. We visited almost every town on the island and definitely loved the spot this unit is in (Kihei). You get a spectacular view of the ocean from your balcony and tons of private spaces to enjoy the ocean and sun! The property management is also great with communication and was excellent in helping us have a great stay. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maui!

We had so much fun staying in this beachfront condo. Everything was exactly as shown in the rental listing. The views from the balcony (lanai) were simply breathtaking. As a former VRBO host, I really appreciate all of the amenities and little touches. The entire condo was stocked with everything that we needed. We were here 8 nights, and we didn't even have to buy TP and paper towels. We are coming back for sure!

This condo was perfect for our Maui stay. Everything was very comfortable, the bed was amazing. The lanai (porch) was perfect for our morning coffee, breakfast, and reading and then our evening sunset and glass of wine. We stayed out there a lot. The beach area is small, but it is all you need. We utilized the chairs in the condo which was very helpful. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could need for your stay. The central location on the island was nice for visiting all areas of the island. The bakery, farmers market, shave ice, and ABC store are directly across the street and were a great easy addition. We loved watching the boats go out each morning. The condo was quiet which was lovely. Just fyi, the grill area is kind of in a weird tucked away spot behind the condo next to the trash area. It was probably the only downside. But we ended up not having enough time to use it anyway. The grass in front of the condo is a lovely spot to relax also. Communication with the rental company was very quick and helpful.

Pictures don't do justice to the view - it really is gorgeous! The bathrooms are nice, kitchen is easy to cook in and the bed is comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Kihei, Sugar beach is directly accessible from the property. We spent a few mornings just walking the calm beach, which was nice. If you like the less populated Hawai'i, this place is for you! Only criticism: I wish the tv in the living room were a smart tv. We had to watch tv in the bedroom if we wanted to see the shows we like.

The property is awesome, has any amenities that a family would need. The kitchen is fully equipped even for a chef. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, all kinds of spices and cooking oils in the kitchen, and all kinds of cleaning and laundry washing supplies. We truly felt at home.
The only remark we would make to the building property management - there is no restroom available after checkout. Our flight is at 930pm and we spent the day on the beach. Hope this gets addressed. Thank you

We?ve stayed in VRBO condos before it this unit was perfect! Top floor center of building with phenomenal views. We watched whales from the balcony along with gorgeous sunsets right over the water. Kitchen was fully equipped and the whole place was tastefully decorated. King bed was really comfy and not too soft. The property manager for this was super helpful as well. Todd kept in touch with me the whole time and was great! Definitely recommend!

The condo was amazing! Perfect view, right on lovely Sugar Beach in N. Kihei. Couldn?t ask for more, except maybe a hot tub! Easily lived without it though! ??

We had a wonderful 10 days staying here! We could not have asked for a better location for our vacation! Very private and quiet. We loved our coffee on the deck in the morning and the gorgeous sunsets at night!

Such an awesome spot! Stayed here the first 4 days of our honeymoon and we fell in love with Kihei! You can?t beat the gorgeous view and the place has everything you need. So many great beaches, restaurants and shops within 10-20 min drive. You won?t be disappointed.

This place was beautiful. We loved the ocean view! SO much better than a hotel. It?s quiet and relaxing. Nothing missing, everything you need to enjoy time on Maui. Highly recommend.
