The listing agent was absolutely wonderful to work with. The condo is at a good location. Having a second bathroom was greatly appreciated even for just the two of us. The TV was a challenge, but the listing agent stepped in and rescued us. We took a lot of drives to be able to see as much of the island as possible and get our geocaching hobby accomplished. We had fun watching a couple of baby birds on the light fixture on the lanai grow. I recommend giving this condo unit a try. Starter toiletries were provided.

Air conditioning was a problem. Both the living area and bedroom split airs were on one four hour timer. No remotes were provided so we could not change the temperature or the fan speed on the units. We awoke after four hours when the bedroom's temperature rose and had to get up and reset the timer. This did not make for a good nights sleep. The living room was not cool enough especially when cooking. We kept the drapes closed to help keep the temperature down. If you want to be able to control the temperature of the air conditioning this is not the unit for you. I must say that the management company were great and tried to do their best to remedy the situation.

Our stay was good. This unit is perfect for someone who is looking for reasonable accommodations and not something fancy. Basically it will get the job done. We only had a couple of irritations with this place. The floors could use a good mopping as they were pretty dirty and left our feet dirty right after taking a shower. The A/C is on a 4 hour timer. So if you're staying during a hot time be prepared to wake up every 4 hours to reset the timer for the A/C. This made us feel less comfortable but it was manageable thankfully because the weather was cooler this time. Like I said, this place is nothing fancy but if you are looking for a decent place to stay this place can work.

My wife and I stayed here during our Honeymoon for 9 days, and it was perfect for us. You could honestly sleep 4 here and still be really comfortable. The location is perfect, you're within 10-15 minutes from anything in Kihei and Wailea. Being right across the street from the Kamaole beaches makes it even better, and the sunset views are awesome. I've been to Maui 4 other times, and this has definitely became my favorite area to stay in. We would 100% stay here again. 10/10

This condo is well-appointed with recent finishings and decor, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped, which we appreciated for preparing our own meals. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and grills in the complex. The proximity to the beach was great for our family with our 5-year-old, and we took advantage of a small protected beach nearby the main one. Wonderful stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Appreciated the beach gear. Just a few things that could have been better: - Cleanliness: There were still multiple crumbs on the floor from the previous guests when we arrived. The shower still had hair in it. - the sheets on the bed were so bad when I climbed in the first night I had to change them. They were old and really really pilly and clearly should not be used anymore. - The AC is on a timer (~4h max) which is annoying at night when you want the bedroom to stay cool.

I knew little of Maui or Kihei prior to this stay so had the usual concerns. I was comforted with the clear communication from the property manager. The check-in process was seamless. Property was clean and had all the expected amenities - the turtles (figurines, paintings) are a nice touch. Complex is in a great location (and is quiet). Beach and Kihei boat ramp are both easy walks. Outstanding sunsets late in the day and (we stayed in early January) whales were visible from the Beach using binoculars.

We didn?t use the air conditioning except at night, but it does have a 4hour timer that controls the living room and the bedroom units. I totally understand it helps save valuable energy, but it would have been nicer to just use the one located in the bedroom, and not have to turn it back on in the in the living room during the night

Kevin's condo was a great price in an ideal Kihei location, directly across the street from Kam III and a short walk to Keawakepu beach walk, and Kihei restaurants and shops. There were tons of things we loved about this place! Having two bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped, there were boogie boards and beach towels/chairs and huge TVs! The location in Kehei was perfect! Lots of places to eat and great beaches nearby. Also, not a long drive from the airport! Don't eat at Fred's Mexican restaurant, instead try Nalu's or Amigos Mexican down the road! Also the food trucks are good!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in Maui. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings to watch the sunset. Kevin's place is huge and comfy! Unproblematic checkin. You can reach some restaraunts and shops by walking 15-20min northbound. Beach is right across the street. Bus stop is near the resort's entrance. Front desk is very helpful and it's always someone there.

Stayed with my daughter 6 nights during her spring break in March. Checking in was easy. The condo was exactly like it was advertised on the pictures. Location was good, close to stores and restaurants. We loved to walk so it took us 10-15 minutes to get to the shops, which was faster than driving specially around 6.30-7pm when we usually went out for dinner. A lot of traffic around that time.The beach park Kamaole III was across the street, very convenient and you can walk all the way to the #1 beach park.

Kevin?s place is wonderful, close to the beach and the adorable downtown Kihei. We loved being able to use the kitchen and the living room and the beach supplies- towels, umbrella and chairs- which were a perfect addition! Since electricity in Hawaii is expensive, the AC is on a timer so I would recommend opening all the windows and doors at night to let the fresh air in. Once we learned that we slept very comfortably!

Great place to stay. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Only about 25-30 minutes from the airport. Parking was convenient and near the spot. Very professional and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

The condo was in a great location and the beds were super comfortable! All the beach and kitchen necessities were greatly appreciated! We so enjoyed our trip to Maui and hope to come again soon!

This was my 6th stay at Kam Sands since Jan 2019, but my first in this unit. I was by myself this trip. I have been coming regularly to Maui since 2007. The property is comfortable and furnished nicely. No issues there. The view from the little lanai, is miniscule, but private. You mostly look at the next door properties, parking lot.
They did lack some essentials such as frying pans, tissues, toilet paper, linens, etc. They did deliver these things when I asked. That was appreciated. The floors were cover

Absolument parfait. La porte sans cl? mais avec un code ?tait un plus. Cuisine bien ?quip?e. Conciergerie disponible et rapide. Lits tr?s confortables. ?quipement de plage disponible. TVs super! Laveuse-s?cheuse un must pr?s de la plage. BBQ communs tr?s propres et piscine commune cozy. Plusieurs belles plages en dedans de 15 minutes, dont celles ? pied du Kamaole Sands. Vraiment super!
