We had a wonderful stay here for five days and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The property and surrounding area were very clean, well-maintained, and always felt safe and secure. One of the best parts was the convenient location—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore within walking distance, and the beach is just across the street.
The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which made it easy to keep our clothes fresh throughout our trip. The air conditioning also worked exceptionally well, so coming back after a day of exploring Maui always felt cool and refreshing.
This was my first trip to Maui, and staying here made it even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We have usually stayed in ground floor units in buildings 1, 2, 5, and 10 at Kamaole Sands, but the size of the lanai and shade it offered on hot afternoons made this unit our favourite yet. Comfortable bed and well stocked with everything we needed. Having AC in the bedroom is great. The only thing that could be replaced is the wicker furniture on the lanai - the table is wobbly and the chair backs are caved out and put you into an uncomfortable seating position. Other than that, you just can't beat Kamaole Sands!

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Had plenty of bath, beach and kitchen towels. The air conditioner was very effective. Condo was very quiet; we are both little sleeper and we did not have any issue sleeping. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were provided. The management team gave us all the needed information well in advance which made it very low stress about checking in. We enjoy your stay and would stay there again.

We had an amazing experience staying here in Maui! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication so easy. Fantastic stay at this condo! A short walk across the street to Kamaole III beach or up the street to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the Wailea Oceanfront boardwalk Trail & multiple beaches. Unit was adequately stocked, super clean, a/c worked well, bed & pillows were comfortable, lanai was awesome, check in was easy, owner was very responsive, the complex is beautiful and well kept. Wonderful stay for my birthday week! Would not hesitate to book the unit again in the future!

The condo is very nice with tile floors to make it easy to clean if sand gets in. Air conditioners in both the main living room and the bedroom kept the temperature comfortable the entire time. Location is close to very nice beaches and walking or short drive to many shopping and eating establishments. Must try the cinnamon roll place just down the road! Quick walk to a wonderful swimming pool and beach directly across the street. Only downside was the lack of commonly used items such as broom/dustpan, storage containers of any kind, and nice beach towels. The beach chairs provided were older and had broken straps which made them difficult to use. These are both very minor issues and overall did not impact the quality of our trip. If your goal is to rest and relax while in Maui, this unit is perfect for you. Looking for night life, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the price of the unit was very reasonable for both its quality and location. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great place to call home during your visit to Maui.

We loved this unit! The lanai is quite large compared to other units we visited. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, blender. The split A/C worked great. It's a corner unit so it was very quiet. Any problems we had were taken care of very quickly.

Overall, this unit is nice, but some furniture not as comfy (couch/bed/chair) and lacking basic supplies/dishes compared to other units we've rented. Very nice large lanai & A/C in both LV and bedroom. Good communication from the managers. One minor problem getting into the unit, but they responded promptly and all else went smoothly! Aloha!

Nicely updated bathrooms with lots of drawers in the vanity. Great A/C in living room and bedroom (please put directions in the unit). Bed was very comfortable. It would be handy to have a small dresser in the bedroom and more hangers in the closet. Nice bedding and towels. Beautiful LG washer and dryer. Nice appliances and cookware. We cook a lot so would have liked a few more dinner plates and other dishes so we could have run the dishwasher less often. A suggestion would be to have a stepstool in the unit to reach the high shelves. Loved the large lanai. Also, loved the extra side window as this is an end unit. Good location close to pool and parking spot. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this unit again.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights along with other family (in a separate unit). The building is conveniently located across the street from the beach and lots of shops. The unit was well equipped with bath and beach towels, and beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, coolers). The unit is quite spacious and the patio is big. We enjoyed several breakfasts out on the deck, which overlooks the garden and pool, with views of the ocean. Check-in instructions were clear and communications with the manager were prompt. I'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! When we walked in we both agreed it was even better than the pictures which is a rare occurrence. The bed also felt like a cloud! The ONLY thing I can say negative was the dryer! We did laundry at 8p and I went to put it in the dryer and it was incredibly loud! Once that is resolved, this condo is perfect! Highly recommend! The dryer is totally avoidable too if you just make sure to use it in the daytime. It was awkward for us because I had to run it at 10p so I felt bad for the neighbors but didn't want to leave our stuff wet overnight!

Everything was great, except for the AC. I called to see if it could be fixed and left a voicemail and no one ever got back with me. I maybe could've kept calling, but didn't want to deal with it on my honeymoon. In the bedroom, you can only go down to 69 degrees and it will only hold for two hours there. Mind you, it takes a while for the bedroom to get to that because it defaults back to 71, and you would have to change it every two hours to keep it at 69. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night cause the room was so muggy. I went to the main concierge and she said the building was privately owned and managed so she couldn't help me. Disappointment that you pay so much money and they have it locked like that. I tried to mess with it and put it on a different locking schedule and it wouldn't work. It was nice to have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, ice pack and cooler there for our use. We loved the location.

We've been to Kamaole several times and this unit is perhaps the nicest in terms of modern decor and style, and I love being on the third floor and the lanai is perhaps the biggest size available on the property. However, it does overlook the pool, which can get noisy sometimes.

Wonderful property and exactly as advertised. That said the condo was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. Included kids floaties to a muffin baking pan to more beach gear we could have used. The beach across the street was amazing and I saw huge turtles. We walked there every evening for the sunset then a few blocks further for ice cream. Todd is a great property manager and was excptionly responsive. Beautiful condo, beautiful grounds, beautiful weather! The condo was super clean and we loved hanging out on the large lanai anytime of day or night listening to all the birds and looking out over the gorgeously landscaped grounds. It is close to the pool, so know you will hear kids playing and swimming during the day and some conversations from the hot tub at night. Not a big deal though.

I think the box is as too far to access smart apps. There was also construction which All parties were notified last minute. Perhaps next time there is notification for that prior to booking. Terrific place. Thanks for turning on the lights for us as we got in late. Thanks for being so responsive to our questions. Clean, upper end decor, beautiful artwork, heavenly bed (didn?t want to leave!) Coffee pot and Kerig! Thick luxurious towels. To spoil the guests! Everything you need or could want for a dream vacation! Can see the ocean from spacious Lani. A very first class place to stay!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Clean, updated space in the Kamaole Sands Resort. 2 TV?s and 2 Bathrooms! Full size kitchen that?s stocked with pots and pans so you can cook your own meals too. This space comes with all the nice amenities that you?d expect from a Maui resort along with a great location. Would love to stay here again.

Kevin's condo is one of the nicest you will find at Kamaole Sands. The bathrooms have been remodeled and have all the nicest touches you will find anywhere. The bedroom mattress is the most comfortable I think I ever sleep on except at home. It has a beautiful garden view from the large lanai. Lots of small touches that are so nice such as the electronic lock (no keys!!), smart TV, LED lighting, beautiful artwork, etc. You will enjoy your stay - no doubt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very nice and spacious. It was great to have the use of beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for the week. The grounds at the resort are beautiful and we loved sitting on the patio and swimming in the pool. The beach at the park across the street was lovely and so convenient. This was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely go back again.

Convenient location. The lanai has a nice view of the beautiful grounds. The bed is comfortable. And the beach chairs and umbrella made going to the beach easy.
