It has been completely remodeled, with gorgeous granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, high-end stainless appliances, and recessed lighting.
There is complimentary cable and Wi-Fi in the living room and bedroom. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable King bed with luxury linens, and a fully remodeled en-suite bathroom including walk-in shower and tub. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer, and even beach gear. There’s a laptop desk in the living room. Your free assigned parking space is close-by to the unit.
The resort features a garden setting, complete with tropical water features, in which Maui’s diverse flora and plant life are identified on placards. The sparkling pool is the largest resort pool in South Kihei, and the spacious deck area was recently resurfaced. The condo was beautiful and in a great location. So close to so much. Kitchen had all that we needed. Was so glad for a 2nd bathroom while travelling with a teenage girl! The condo came with a lot of beach chairs, a wagon to haul them with and a couple of beach towels. There were also some toys and flippers for the littles. The complex was so well maintained. Beautiful!We had amazing communication with all involved. The only negative I have is the cushions on the wicker furniture. Very thin and not the most comfortable.I would highly recommend this unit.Thank you!!

This is our third time at Kamaole Sands, and where I always recommend friends book. This condo was an excellent location. Great views and easy to get to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was clean had lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking. I loved the extra chairs and beach gear in the outside closet. Check in process was very easy and I had never used the concierge service at the pool, which worked out perfect. We rented boogie boards for a very reasonable price for the week and they were so easy to return before we left. The check-in with the rental agency was excellent. Perfect communication and directions as well as timely emails when it was close to checkout. This was a very comfortable place to stay with lots of amenities and would highly recommend.

Good location, nice pool setup. Very old original air conditioners. Living room unit had to be on non-stop or it got too hot. Bedroom portable got room cold but was too noisy to have on when sleeping. Otherwise adequate but unit far less updated than two others family were in.

Overall this a good condo in a great location within the Kamaole Sands complex. Some of the main positives are the location right across the street from Kam 3 beach and short drive to all south Maui beaches. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are very well kept and this condo has a nice view from building 2. The kitchen in the condo is very nice and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the TV and cable package in the unit including bedroom TV. Some of the negatives with the unit are the pull out couch has very little support and needs to be replaced (we ended up just putting our 2 kids on the floor was more comfortable for them. This unit has one of the smaller lanais and the 2 chairs are very uncomfortable (there are some beach chairs however which we used most days and appreciated). The other issue was the main AC unit in the condo is on a manual shutoff timer you need to keep resetting. Wasn't a huge deal but woke up a couple days pretty warm in the unit. Last minor annoyance is the wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and with a little maintenance and some replaced furniture this would be a 5-star condo I would recommend.

Many other properties had to look at parking lots, but this development was well planned so all units look at the landscaping. Condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with with cooking utensils and accessories. They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use and a variety of ice chests. The TV had several good movie channels like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The condo was a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent from them again. The only negative was the air conditioner in the bedroom worked well but was a bit noisy. It didn't bother me but I could see it would bother some people.

Kamaole Sands resort is always wonderful. This was our second stay in a condo unit. We chose this one for the good price (worth it!) and the fact that it could sleep 4 with the king bed & pull-out couch. The unit came with basically everything we needed for our stay (including beach chairs and umbrellas, which are key). The lanai was small and only fit a table with two chairs, but there is a decent view out to the water. The beds/mattresses were pretty sunken-in and not the most comfortable, so that was our only critique :/ however we wore ourselves out in the sun and surf most days so sleeping wasn't too much of a problem. All-in-all we had a great 8-day vacation with our kids!

As advertised! Great communication with the management company made check in super easy. The unit was spotless upon arrival. It was also well supplied with anything you need from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and all the beach gear you need is right there. Location is great and a short walk to restaurants and shops and close to Wailea. The view from the balcony is great and we enjoyed the sunsets from there. The grounds of the property were nice and well maintained. We would recommend this place as we would definitely stay there in the future!

Condo was in a great location across from Kamaole 3 beach-great for swimming, snorkeling, body-surfing and manned with very active lifeguards. Grounds are meticulous and the views from the lanai are amazing. The unit was recently remodeled and it is very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed during our 11 day stay. Plenty of beach gear provided, which was a plus! Our only disappointment was the unit was not as clean as we're accustomed to with other vacation rentals. We notified the mgmt company and they were quick to work with us and resolve the issue. I would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands! Easy to find, easy check in, easy parking. Great amenities including swimming pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, equipment rentals, etc. Immaculate landscaping throughout the property and gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. Unit had everything we needed for a 10-day stay, with all the conveniences of a full kitchen, two bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, decent wi-fi, and two TVs. Walk across the street to a nice park with easy beach access. Beach towels were provided in the unit. The lanai was great for relaxing with a morning coffee and it felt somewhat private. Kihei's central location made for easy driving access around the whole island. It does get warm in this area, but there was an A/C that kept the bedroom cool at night.

We stayed 7 nights in this absolutely perfect, ocean-view, Kamaole Sands condo. Thank you Jerry and Dorothy for hosting such a clean, pristine unit. The interior custom upgrades are exact as the listing shows, quality touches throughout, newer washer and dryer, closet full of beach supplies, comfortable king-size bed, extra linens, pillows, towels, beach towels. A gourmet kitchen and all the utensils a chef could need. Extra blenders, toaster, coffee pots, etc. The weather all week in June was high 80s, so the separate air conditioner in BOTH the living room and the bedroom made the time spent indoors cool and comfortable. There really weren't any negatives at all. My teenage daughter and I both enjoyed the access to the pools, hot tub, surrounding grounds and beach only steps away. We will rent here again, hopefully same week, next year. So much fun!

We really enjoyed this Condo and the location. Very clean when we arrived. Great views of the ocean from the lanai. All the amenities we needed and more (home away from home). Two separate bathrooms was a plus! The portable AC in the bedroom was a little loud, but we really didn't need it as the ceiling fan kept us cool at night. We enjoyed this unit so much that we will rebook it for our next Maui trip. Also, excellent communication from the property management.

There was an entire plumbing then drywall issue that eas scheduled for our unit that the HOA & owner knew about prior to our stay.
Horrible. It was a 4-5 hr ordeal for our unit. Someone should have notified us prior to our stay so we had a choice whether we wanted to be put thru this or not. We would NOT have stayed there.
Property mgt was professional & offered to move us, which they did, hassle though. Pretty property but noises from all 4 sides of neighbors. We aren?t use to that.

A perfect holiday spot! I travelled with my 76 year old mom and we loved the condo. Comfortable, great view and well located.
For mom, the fact that the parking spot was near to the elevator and the elevator near to our door was huge. Access was great.
The kitchen is fully equipped and saved us money with some meals at home.
The resort is lovely with lots to do.
The only down side was the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. I ended up just sleeping on the couch.

This is a great location! The view from the apartment is awesome too. We really loved staying in this apartment as you can walk to the beach, and the pool & hot tub is right there. The apartment was super clean, and well stocked with towels. We were a bit disappointed with the bed, it definitely is ready to be updated. Also agree with the wifi not really working in the bedroom. Overall, a great location, and would recommend and come back to this spot in Kihei!
