Furnishings, art and beds were selected from Maui’s premiere showrooms and reflect the owners’ commitment to the best possible guest experience. I think the only inaccurate thing on the listing was the distance walking to the nearest beach from the condo. Otherwise it was a beautiful location and was very central to many activities! The host was quick to respond and details for check in and check out were clearly laid out way in advance so there was no confusion.

This property is in the perfect location in Wailea. It is so close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The property itself is gorgeous with an ocean view. Our party of 5 adults spent time on the lanai listening to the birds as we started our day. Having a full kitchen and washer/ dryer on site was fantastic. The hosts were incredible. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond. We will definitely be repeat guests next time we come to Maui!

Very spacious and well equipped condo. Kitchen had everything we needed plus at least six beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and a cooler. I thought we were having a ac issue, turns out we didn't know how to adjust it. Emailed management LATE in the evening and they offered to text to help us figure it out. The bedroom that is immediately inside the front door smelled weird. We aired it out and sprayed a little febreeze and it was ok in a couple of days. I think there are a few things that could be cleaner, but it was not bad. Condo needs a little attention from the cleaners in certain areas and it will be excellent.

Well equipped condo with beautiful view. The hall bathroom was a little run down with some tiles falling off behind the toilet area and the bath/shower was stained and didn't look or feel clean because of it. Upon arrival the front bedroom sheets had to be washed because there was a lot of hair on them. Front bedroom also had a mildew smell. For the price I would have hoped these issues would have been taken care of. Putting all that aside I did like the property - I just feel some attention is needed to those areas

Lovely condo right in the heart of Wailea! We had other family members staying close by, and the location was perfect to access shops and restaurants in Kihei, and Wailea Beach to see the rest of our crew! This unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen had a great selection of nice pots and pans plus many small appliances from air fryer to rice cooker which was a big bonus! The A/C splits worked well in each room and the beds were all comfortable. The master bed and bath were very spacious and comfortable. Outdoor furniture was nice as well. Location was close to the pools. All and all a great condo!

Our stay was amazing. Top-notch communications letting us know that there was issues with an air-conditioning unit leaking. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. We had an absolutely wonderful vacation and would stay here again! The only trouble we had was the fan in the master bedroom made a horrible sound. The property manager sent someone out to fix it, which helped a little bit. It probably needs to be replaced, but other than that the amenities were wonderful!

We had an maintenance issue with zero follow up. The master bathroom sinks were not draining with one leaking onto the floor below. One sink started working so presumably someone came and fixed it, however we were supposed to be given a maintenence window and never heard anything. This is unacceptable with my wife and kids in the property with no warning of maintenance showing up. Further the microwave is broken, the dishwasher needs cleaned, and both bathrooms need deep cleaned. There are dirty hand prints on the door frames that can be scrubbed off, but haven't been - clearly for an extended period of time. I've never left an overtly negative review, but we will not be considering this property next year when we come back.

Our stay was great, the appartment was very clean and comfortable for everyone, well equiped and ready to host 7 people. Communication with the team has been super clear, everyone was helpful and friendly 24/7. The neighborhood is awesome, nice beaches and near to luxury hotels/small malls which provide a nice environment. We parked two big cars without issues. I really don´t have any bad comments about the house, we had a great time and I definetely recommend it but if I would be able to suggest something to be perfect, should be: - Beds can be more confortable. - Light humidity smell in the 1st room next to the kitchen (probably the carpet has to be changed). - Kitchen tools can be renewed. - Total price but rates in Hawaii are expensive (this is just market things).

GC 55 was an amazing spot to stay for our family of 6 adults. The 3 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious with large bedrooms, kitchen area and living spaces. The ocean view from the lanai has to be the best view from the entire complex! Got to watch the sunset every night. The check-in process was seamless and the management company did a wonderful job of clean preemptive communication. The overall location of GC is perfect for exploring all of Wailea Makena and Kihei. Just minutes walk to lots of coffee spots, shops and restaurants! A few minutes drive to all the amazing beaches!The reason for the 4 star rating is that we did experience a few issues during our stay that knocked it from being perfect. 1st was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Upon arrival the fan was not working... which should have been addressed before hand from the company. During the 1st day we wrote to management and they did have someone come to do a temporary fix. The fan worked the first night but broke again. We wrote to management who informed us that they requested to the owner to replace the fan entirely but that ended up in the fan not working for the 6 other nights we stayed. Was never fixed.Next was the dishwasher. It was filthy and clearly had not been throughly cleaned in months. This falls on the management company for needing to do a better job of checking every aspect of the unit and not cutting any corners.There were a few other small things but overall an amazing unit!

This was a very convenient location, easy walk to Wailea Village and the Shops at Wailea. So close to some of the best beaches too. The condo was spacious, huge master, and had an amazing view. Grand Champions was a beautiful place to stay.

Overall, the rental was perfect for our needs. It was actually much closer to the wedding venue we came in for than realized when booking. Great shopping, restaurants, and beaches nearby, Mākena State Park a favorite, as well as the drive further for beautiful coastline and lava rock views. Our only complaints were the lack of privacy, the dishwasher not washing optimally, and the difficulty with opening the washer until we figured out the secret to not busting our knuckles up. All minor complaints when compared to the grand beauty of the area. Great views of the sunset from the balcony too!! Thank you!!

Somehow on the listing it says Beach access beachfront which is not accurate however it is very easy to drive down to the beach once you get your bearings. Property is beautiful very well-maintained. The condo right across from Pool and hot tub, trash, recycle, etc. very convenient. Definitely enjoyed our stay was just a bit misled on the beach access beachfront part. Spent a day playing pickle ball which was a ton of fun everybody was very friendly:))

Overall the place is good and we enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for our party of five adults. Pros: location, large bedrooms and master bath, nice lanai and large living area, well stocked kitchen and other supplies (chairs and ice chest), full size washer and dryer. Cons: not as clean as we would have liked (especially floors), frequent damp/musty smell in bedrooms (maybe because of carpet). Was better when we opened the sliding doors to air out.

We had 8 adults in our group which was a bit snug but still worked for us. We enjoyed our stay however one of the pools appeared to have filter issues and by the end of our stay was quite green. It was toward the end of our stay and we had been told it had already been reported. We spent a lot of time at the beach and were pleased with the availability of beach towels, chairs and snorkeling gear. Thanks for a great time!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for a family. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. The unit is well stocked with linens/pillows/kitchen items and there was a lot of beach equipment for you to borrow during your stay! Super easy check in and check out and vacation Maui is very good at communicating with you. This is walking distance from the shops at Wailea and a short drive to a lot of south maui beaches. It's only a 25 minute drive to “town”(Costco/target/airport)Would stay again!

The first thing that stands out about this condo is the lovely surroundings , its like being in your own private slice of heaven. Standing on the deck looking at the ocean , listening to the tennis players and also the scent of the plumeria and all the birds is wonderful. The condo is large and comfortable, 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms and a very large living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need for cooking in for some of the evenings when you don't feel like going out. The nice surprise was the condo has beach towels , beach chairs , snorkel gear and everything you need for the water. There is wear and tear of course on some of the things in the condo since its a popular place to stay though its a great location . The pool is directly across from the condo and so are the BBQ'S which are very convenient . I can't say anything bad about this place , it was relaxing and its just a beautiful area.

We appreciated timely email communication after arrival to check on us and subsequently, replaced a rice cooker than was malfunctioning the next day.

Grand Champions 55 was a beautiful place. Very friendly people and security was very helpful and friendly. The condo was nice with lots of space. I especially liked the master bed/bath. I would recommend a barn door or some kind of door for the master bathroom so more guests could utilize the space at the same time. I was very pleased with the property and the location. I was a bit disappointed upon arrival. The Description in the listing stated that is was a 'top floor unit'. But it was not, there was a unit above it and the views were not as ideal as hoped. Being a 'top floor unit' was one of the deciding factors in booking the property so it was a bit disappointing. Luckily, we only had 'noisy' upstairs neighbors for part of our stay!!! I was very pleased with the quick response from 'Ian' when there were a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly!! I think that we would definitely stay here again making sure, of course, that is was a top floor unit!!

The condo was great. We would definitely stay there again. It worked out great because the condo is larger and with the rain that we had the first 3 days of our trip. It was nice to be able to hang and watch the rain come down. I would say if there was more “chair” seating on lanai would be great but I wouldn't say that is a bad thing to not have more than the loveseat and the table and chairs. Just opinion on more comfortable seating would be appreciated for our needs. I would recommend renting this condo to anyone. It's a great place to stay!

Condo was perfect for our family of six on vacation to Maui. Nice to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and watch the whales from a distance and a beautiful sunset at night. The beach was an easy walk and the pool just across the street (which my 5 yr old grandson loved!). We grilled local fish by the pool on two nights. My grandson somehow managed to change the code on the door keypad. Vacation Maui was amazingly quick to respond and remedy the situation. Whew! We truly appreciated their response time (thank you, Ian!). I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Great location with multiple beaches to choose from. Pickleball and tennis courts just behind the condo. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Maui Brewing Co. just a short drive away and lots of fun with live music, good beer and food. Truly a magical vacation that we will treasure in our memory! Mahalo!

The stay was fairly great. The place is spacious, with the all amenities as described. A couple of things that could be better: the place has a pullout sofa, but the host didn't include an extra set of linens, so one of friends in our group had to sleep without the sheets for one night. The host did however bring one set the next day per our request. Second, the internet wasn't very stable, as some of us had to work occasionally, video conferencing was a challenge.

We stayed in unit 55, which is ideally located in Grand Champions, just across from the pool (but not so close so as to hear it), and right next to its assigned parking spot. It has a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance, and a lovely patio to take advantage of it. As for the interior, our biggest complaint is the bedroom and bathroom doors are very thin and slatted, allowing noise to travel throughout the unit. That can be good or bad for a family. The master bedroom is very large, but the 3rd bedroom (queen bed) was a little cramped. That said, all 6 of us slept very comfortably. The large walk-in closet in the master served as a great room for our toddler's pack-and-play but, again, the thin door presented noise issues. The air conditioning units need maintenance, but we were out most days. There was also hiccups with the refrigerator and parking passes, but management was extremely responsive and accommodating.

This beautiful condo definitely surpassed my expectations! There is a beautiful green view from the lanai. They also provide beach supplies and a cooler, and the house was fully furnished. I really have no complaints! I would 100% book again.

This house is great for a birthday get away! And if you want to be near all the GOOD RESTAURANTS AND STORES! Also near some very nice beaches over all i would love to come back!

Friends and I had an amazing time at the spot. Great view, walkable to some delightful eats, short drive to amazing beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was very comfortable for 6 adults. The area was perfect. Beautiful beaches all around. Communication was top notch Easy to find and accessible the minute they said it would be. There was 5 sets of snorkeling gear, which we took advantage of, and almost every kitchen gadget you could imagine. We had an issue with the sink disposal and it was fixed immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place. Communicative host. Lots of space, comfortable beds, all is up to date. Lovely lanai with view of the sunset. Walkable to Wailea beaches. Reserved parking, in-unit laundry. We had a lovely stay.

This condo was perfect for my family?s needs. The condo itself is large and had beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset, & has lush greenery around. The management had included thoughtful touches in the bedrooms. In the condo is a large washer & dryer. They also included beach chairs & beach towels. The condo is next to a shopping mall where there is also an ABC Market store. Safeway supermarket is also around. This location is close to other attractions. I completely recommend Grand Champions condo to ever

Roomier than expected. Great set up and many high end features throughout. Kitchen well equipped to cook which we did frequently. Great location, easy to access beaches and shops

The condo was just as advertised. I was surprised to see how well it is stocked?I delighted it had basic spices and cooking spray, etc. so I don?t have to buy for the minuscule amounts needed.
Very close to shopping, convenient to public beaches by car. Note that the closet beaches as the crow flies, are not public access?they?re for those hotels that are beach-front.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this unit. It has three bedrooms, two baths and is very spacious! An additional bonus is the central air conditioning! Highly recommend this condo.
Awesoe Place in Wailea, Maui!

Our family of 6 had a great time staying at the 3 bedroom condo at Grand Champions and would stay there again! Place is as described and seen in the pictures - challenge of a vacation is that we did not spend more time there enjoying the Lanai (balcony) and comforts. We used the pool daily. Tennis Courts near by we did not use or attempt to use. Cable TV and Smart TVs were great, along with internet.
One main item of feedback - none of the bedroom doors have a doorknob that locks including the Master. The

We spent two weeks in the unit. It was in a wonderful location in Wailea, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Ulua Beach. The unit was well appointed, with everything we needed during our stay and was very clean. The property management team was very responsive to all our questions. I would highly recommend this rental.
Maui trip - August 2021

We had a great stay and the condo had everything we needed. Grand Champions is a great location - walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and short drive to a lot of beaches. Condo is big and air conditioned! For extras, it has 1 beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards. Only thing missing that you would need is a cooler for the beach, but we rented one from Boss Frogs for about $14 for the week. Would stay here again!

We had a blast and the team was super helpful given our last minute booking due to an issue at our prior accommodation! Great location and for sure use the bigger oval pool it?s great!
